The taste was great but the waiters took too long to bring the order.

Cons:

I placed the Do Not Disturb sign on the door of my bungalow but one of the cleaning ladies didn’t respect it and she went inside the room to clean it anyway. I was on the beach and when I came in the villa the lady was changing the towels and the sign was on the floor. When I asked her why she was there she didn’t seemed to understand English nor Spanish.
On Saturday’s night parrillada I order a mojito but it was not good. I returned it but they charged it to my bill even thought I didn’t consumed it. Other than that the staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were nice and well kept and the beach and the views were amazing

Cons:

The mattress was a little to hard for my taste. The fan had no control and was always on high. The shower kept water in the tub uncomfortable. Pillows are very old.

Tuvimos una estadía de 3 noches y la experiencia fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegamos nos hicieron sentir como en casa.

Quiero comenzar agradeciendo a Sofía, en recepción, por su amabilidad, profesionalismo y excelente trato. Siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos con una sonrisa y a resolver cualquier duda. También a Domingo, quien desde nuestra llegada nos recibió con una actitud increíble, nos ayudó con las maletas y estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Personas como ellos hacen que uno se sienta bienvenido desde el primer minuto.

Un reconocimiento muy especial también para Cecilia, encargada del restaurante y del área de la piscina. Su atención fue impecable, siempre pendiente de cada detalle, de que no nos faltara nada y de que disfrutáramos cada momento. Su calidez y dedicación realmente marcan la diferencia.

Pero si hay algo que convirtió esta estadía en una experiencia inolvidable fue la gastronomía. El chef Yoel , cubano, merece un reconocimiento aparte. Sinceramente, pocas veces he visto un chef tan apasionado por lo que hace. Cada plato que probamos fue espectacular: sabores, presentación y calidad, todo de primer nivel.

Más allá de cocinar delicioso, Yoel tiene un don para hacer que los huéspedes se sientan en familia. Salía de la cocina para acercarse a nuestra mesa, preguntarnos cómo estaba todo, recomendar platos y asegurarse de que cada comida fuera una experiencia especial. Se nota que ama su trabajo y que disfruta haciendo felices a las personas a través de su cocina.

Gracias a todo el equipo de Punta Rucia Lodge por hacer de nuestras vacaciones un recuerdo inolvidable. Sin duda volveremos y lo recomendaremos a cualquier persona que quiera disfrutar de un lugar hermoso, tranquilo, con un servicio excepcional y una comida absolutamente extraordinaria.

Nos encantó la playa, las instalaciones en las proximidades de la playa.

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó no tenía una buena televisión, no funcionaba ningún canal y la resolución y color no estaban ajustados. Algunas partes de la habitación estaban desgastadas y no funcionaron, por ej la cortina semi blackout.

Een heerlijk ontspannen verblijf waar we heel goed hebben kunnen uitrusten.
