Pros:

Allereerst fijn dat je voor het inchecken je bagage kwijt kon. Daarnaast bieden ze een fijne service met heel aardig personeel wat graag meedenkt en altijd een aardig en gezellig praatje maakt. Het ontbijt was heel goed, er was veel keuze. Ook was het fijn om een kamer met airco te hebben. Ondanks het een kleine kamer is, is er onder het bed ruimte voor je koffer wat fijn is. De locatie van het hotel was via meerdere metrostations goed bereikbaar. Een echte aanrader!

Cons:

Er was op onze kamer maar 1 bed met nachtkastje/stopcontact naast het bed

Great value for your money.
Pros:

Small but comfy room with everything you need. Great attitude from staff. Good breakfast. Lovely, modern neighborhood around.

Staff were lovely. Rooms were compact but comfortable; LOVED the air conditioning!!
It was also very clean.

Cons:

However unlucky issue in that noticed large oily stains on otherwise laundered bedsheet when got in to bed. Staff very apologetic and replaced sheet.

Hotel in a nice safe area, perfect for a short stay
Pros:

Very clean room, with all the necessary basic things for a short stay. Very good breakfast, with nice staff members willing to accommodate your requests. Lovely safe area, with the subway and coach station to from/to the Stansted Airport nearby. Also, nice restaurants around the hotel.
We also had a lovely chat in the morning with a guy at the reception on the day we left, we appreciated it.

Cons:

The room was very small, there was barely enough space to move around, but maybe this is a well-known issue in London.
Some staff members at the reception are difficult to understand for a stranger, so maybe I would suggest to speak slowlier, but this is really a detail.

Pros:

Very well thought through use of space, rooms have hair dryers and bathrooms have space for toiletries. Close to Canary Wharf so perfectly located for ABBA Voyage which we came to London for
