The hotel location is very good, just 5 mins walk to the Canary Wharf metro station.

Cons:

For me the mattress was pretty hard and uncomfortable, but this is just the matter of taste. However in my room (517) the window couldn't close till the end, it was windy during the night and colder. The breakfast buffet can be a bit bigger with a bigger choice. It's too small. However the bread and pastries were very fresh.

Very noisy fresh air inlet grille, kept us up all night, manager couldn’t help, just issued us ear plugs!
