J’ai beaucoup apprécié le service de cet hôtel, surtout le personnel. Les employés sont très gentils et accueillants, et surtout les serveurs qui sont vraiment adorables et très serviables.
En revanche, quelques points pourraient être améliorés. Sur Booking, le parking était indiqué comme inclus, mais à mon arrivée, on m’a demandé de payer 50 DH par nuit pour le parking.
L’éclairage dans la chambre est insuffisant : la nuit, la chambre est très sombre et il n’y a pas assez de lumière.
La chambre est également mal insonorisée : on entend beaucoup les bruits de la route à l’extérieur, surtout la nuit, ce qui peut être gênant pour dormir.
Enfin, la qualité du petit-déjeuner pourrait être améliorée.
Dans l’ensemble, le personnel est vraiment au top, mais quelques améliorations rendraient le séjour encore plus agréable.
Loved the decor , especially in the foyer.
Staff were very friendly and helpful when our tour was canceled the day before we arrived. They organised everything for us.
Breakfast was OK but not great.

ME ENCANTÓ MUY ESTILO MARROQUÍ, A PESAR DE TENER POCAS LUCES DENTRO ESTUVO DEMASIADO BIEN Y CÓMODO Y LO MÁS IMPORTANTE ESTÁ MUY LIMPIO. LA PISCINA NO LA HE PROBADO PERO SE VEÍA MUY LIMPIA LO MEJOR A SIDO EL DESAYUNO, Y LA DUCHA ESTABA MUY BIEN.
SE PUEDE PONER MÁS LUCES EN LAS HABITACIONES.

The receptionist Mariam and her manager were very accommodating, caring and always went beyond the duty call to placate our comfort no matter how extreme the demands are.
The swimming pool and the bedroom serenity is outstanding .
It's imperative that all available suits must be provided with a microwave for conveniences.
Takeaway and other refrigerated consumption order food needs to be reheated as when required.
This needs to be looked into as a matter of urgency by both you and the hotel.
We were able to survive this only by the corporation and understanding of Mariam grace.
This issue must be dealt with immediately without delays.
