Categories

Cleanliness
8
Generally reported as clean and well cared for, but multiple guests noted worn paint in corridors/rooms and a light musty odor in some accommodations which slightly lowered impressions.
Service
9.4
Staff consistently praised for being cordial, friendly and helpful (reception highlights, mention of Giovani); minor negatives include limited English assistance for one guest and occasional absent pool-bar staff.
Location
9
Several guests called the hotel very well located; however some rooms face a noisy street with barking dogs and corridor noise, so location is excellent overall but can be affected by room placement.
Room Quality
8
Rooms described as comfortable, spacious and with good beds, but some areas show age (worn paint) and occasional issues like a sweating minibar or slight humidity smell.
Amenities
9.2
Outdoor areas, pool (with jacuzzi) and other common spaces are highlighted as pleasant and relaxing; afternoon coffee service is appreciated. Some disappointment reported that the pool bar was not open during a stay.
Value for Money
8
Many guests noted good cost-benefit and satisfactory amenities for the price, but a significant negative was an extra-person charge (R$330) seen as excessive which lowered perceived value for some.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast is frequently described as very good and well served, with daily cakes and fruit; minor critiques about limited variety (e.g., no natural yogurt) and occasional small service gaps.
Overall Experience
8.6
Most guests report a very pleasant, relaxing stay (family- and pet-friendly, enjoyable pool area and attentive staff). Small service or room issues appear but did not overshadow the overall positive experience.

Excelente escolha!!
Pros:

Excepcional!
Pros:

Excepcional!
