Pros:

少し前に長野に旅行に行った際にも相鉄フレッサインを利用させていただきましたが、非常にサービスが良かったので今回の東京旅行の際にも利用させていただきました。
部屋も綺麗ですし、お値段も比較的リーズナブルで非常に良いお宿だと思います。

今後も旅行などの際には利用させていただきます。

Super séjour ! Emplacements hyper central et personnel au top !
Pros:

L’emplacement est calme mais tout en restant animé avec restaurant et petites boutiques. Le personnel est très agréable et répond à toutes nos demandes au mieux.

Cons:

L’odeur au 8e étage. L’étage fumeur.

Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming staff every time you see them. 100% clean room, and powerful aircondition if you switch it on correctly. Helpful with baggage and repackaging on checkout. Fast connection to mayor hubs (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Akihabara, Ginza) on minor lines that are not too crowded.

Cons:

Breakfeast was not usable for those with gluten intolerance I found out after buying coupons for the whole week (only bread options). The coffee was undrinkable (latte with corn milk?). But this is not part of the hotel, it is an independent cafè in the same building.

気兼ねなく、爽やかで綺麗な環境で休めたので、出張や遊びの拠点としては、最高だと思います。

すっきり、綺麗で爽やかなイメージです。

Cons:

若干、朝食会場が狭い感じでメニューも限られていました。値段と比較すると割高感となります。
