Cons:

Une honte totale.
Nous sommes allés à Turin en famille avec de jeunes enfants et avions réservé cet hôtel via Booking.com. En arrivant sur place, nous avons découvert un quartier extrêmement mal fréquenté, avec une ambiance clairement inquiétante et totalement inadaptée pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge.

Le plus choquant a été l’attitude du personnel de l’hôtel : ils n’étaient même pas capables de nous garantir la sécurité de notre voiture française et nous ont confirmé que le stationnement pouvait être risqué dans le secteur. Aucun parking sécurisé disponible.

Face à cette situation, nous avons préféré ne même pas entrer dans l’hôtel pour protéger nos enfants et éviter tout problème. Malgré cela, l’établissement nous a facturé la totalité du séjour, soit 250 euros, sans aucun remboursement possible.

Et pour finir, aucune aide de la part de Booking.com, qui n’a rien voulu entendre concernant le danger du quartier et la situation vécue avec nos enfants.

Expérience scandaleuse, aucun sens du service ni de la sécurité des clients. Nous déconseillons fortement cet hôtel aux familles.

Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique et parle suffisamment bien français pour les informations qu'il est indispensable de bien comprendre. Le centre ville est facile d'accès en transport et même à pied (30 minutes de marche environ).

The location was great, you can just take the tram from the train station. The breakfast was good too.

Un petit bijou au milieu de la jungle urbaine

Véritable petit bijou niché au cœur d'un quartier animé, cet hôtel a été l'une de nos très belles découvertes. Dès l'arrivée, on ressent une atmosphère accueillante et une attention sincère portée aux clients.

Le véritable point fort de l'établissement est sans conteste son équipe. Le personnel est remarquable : disponible, attentif, multilingue et toujours prêt à rendre service avec le sourire. Ayant séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels, nous pouvons affirmer que la qualité de l'accueil et de l'accompagnement figure parmi les meilleures que nous ayons rencontrées.

Le petit déjeuner est proposé dans la tradition italienne, simple mais agréable, avec des produits frais et un service attentionné. Mention spéciale également pour la charmante cour intérieure, où l'on peut profiter d'un espace lounge ombragé sous les parasols, particulièrement appréciable après une journée de visite.

Les conseils prodigués par l'équipe concernant la ville, les restaurants et les déplacements se sont révélés précieux et toujours pertinents.

Une adresse chaleureuse, humaine et parfaitement tenue, où l'on se sent véritablement attendu. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour.

Cons:

La cour interieur sert de parking et garages, il est impératif de rentrer sa voiture pour la nuit Fr 15.- par jour.

Torino ricca di monumenti e bellissima città
Pros:

Il servizio è stato ineccepibili, ottimo colazione e il personale è stato molto accogliente e molto gentile nel consigliare anche i punti di ristoro.

Cons:

Nel punto dove è situata la struttura c’è una piazzetta luogo di bivacco, ma comunque non hanno creato nessun disagio.

Pros:

It was one of the best hotels on our way from Stuttgart to Sicily. The hotel is located quite close to the city center, it's 25 min walk from the hotel. The huge advantage of the hotel is inside parking, as Torino doesn't look safe for leaving cars in the streets(. All the stuff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was very good. I recommend this hotel for family stay.

Pros:

El personal fue extraordinario. Supremamente amables (todos). Fui por una situación de salud de un familiar, y siempre estuvieron pendientes de mi y de mi familiar. Me hicieron sentir como en casa.

Cons:

La zona a simple vista no es muy agradable. Pero camine todo el tiempo y nunca me senti en peligro.
