I've marked you down a bit because the air conditioning unit was extremely loud in our room. When we turned it off then the room would get very hot.

A great location and good fun.
Pros:

The Coast Hillcrest Hotel is not in Revelstoke's downtown, rather, it overlooks the town's valley. But this means fabulous views and their rooms are set up well for it. Also, it's location right next to Mt. Begbie Brewing is excellent too...that place has some amazing beers.

Cons:

The TV setup was a but strange to work with, but we weren't stating in the room that much. The only other thing is that I wish they had a way to limit light at night. I'd have to imagine that star viewing would be amazing at this facility.

Coast Hotel Revelstoke - great choice

Great hotel not so good restaurant
Pros:

Close to the highway but you can’t hear it, hot tub on the deck off the main lobby is really nice. The room was nice bed was okay. The only issue we had was when we had breakfast in the restaurant. Great view as we were up against the window, once our order was taken nobody came back until the food arrived. We had to get our own coffee refill while we waited. Service was non existent.

Coffee is free in the lobby but in the restaurant it was 4.00 a cup. Had we known we could have just brought it in with us filled it up in the lobby.

Great view, good service in the hotel restaurant was lacking. Oh and there is a brewery just down the road, great beer for the win
