This hotel is great! We look forward to returning next year!
Pros:

The hotel is in a spectacular location with great views of the mountains. We particularly loved the Quebecois staff members - they were so friendly, charming and helpful. Our hotel room was perfect - quiet, clean and comfortable and we very much appreciated that the hotel allowed our small dog to stay too. Housekeeping staff were also great.

Cons:

We did not want to leave our small dog in the room and it had rained on the outside deck so a server from the restaurant brought us a menu in the lower lobby and we ate there. The lower lobby was not so inviting but our server made up for that with his great attitude and attentiveness.

Pros:

Kostenloses Parken vor Ort, das Essen im Restaurant war gut, nette Mitarbeiter. Das Bett war auch in Ordnung, ruhig.

Cons:

Also ich muss sagen, die Fotos, die die Unterkunft hier anpreisen sind sehr positiv dargestellt. Insgesamt ist das Haus 🏡 schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war ganz gut ausgestattet und die Betten waren in Ordnung, aber es war nicht gemütlich.

Everything! Staff were friendly and helpful. I loved our room and the hot tub and exercise room. It was an exceptional retreat!

Cons:

The loud music on our lastnight there; however, there was a wedding happening.

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber. Leider war das Fenster klein und sehr weit oben. Schade - unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Balkon buchen.
