True hotel experience and description
Pros:

I liked the location, everything was terrible. Online description is very misleading. This is a motel, not a hotel. Closer to a hostel style living facilities. Rooms were tiny, dusty, and moldy. Stains on the carpet and curtains, windows don't open. Photos online do not match the actual rooms.

Stains on the carpet and curtains, windows don't open. Photos online do not match the actual rooms. I brought up my concerns right away but the staff brushed me off saying she couldn't do anything because her boss isn't here. She was supposed to discuss with her manager for a solution but she either forgot or never followed through. We made the best of our prison condition rooms.

安かったがお得感はあまりないかな。

街中。

Cons:

カーテンが完全遮光ではない。道路側の部屋で、夜中のバイクの音がうるさい。洗面台が寝室と同じ部屋で、なぜかテレビの横。ソファからテレビは見えにくい。なので、ソファ近くにテーブルがあっても使いにくい。

性价比超高，地理位置绝佳
Pros:

1.地理位置非常优越，京都CBD，交通非常方便，门口就是公交站，走到电车站也不过五分钟左右，本身处于繁华地段买什么都很方便，鸭川也是步行能到的距离。
2.性价比奇高，这个价格这个地段放到东京大阪大概连只带个门帘的hostel都住不上。
3.各类设施配备都有，独立卫浴和高级洗烘。
4.过了check in时间依旧有人员值班，可以正常办理入住且无另外收费，这在日本酒店来讲其实不算常见。

Cons:

房间自带斜坡，这有点奇怪，要小心起夜摔到的感觉。
