True hotel experience and description
Pros:

I liked the location, everything was terrible. Online description is very misleading. This is a motel, not a hotel. Closer to a hostel style living facilities. Rooms were tiny, dusty, and moldy. Stains on the carpet and curtains, windows don't open. Photos online do not match the actual rooms.

I brought up my concerns right away but the staff brushed me off saying she couldn't do anything because her boss isn't here. She was supposed to discuss with her manager for a solution but she either forgot or never followed through. We made the best of our prison condition rooms.

Cons:

カーテンが完全遮光ではない。道路側の部屋で、夜中のバイクの音がうるさい。洗面台が寝室と同じ部屋で、なぜかテレビの横。ソファからテレビは見えにくい。なので、ソファ近くにテーブルがあっても使いにくい。

性价比超高，地理位置绝佳
Pros:

1.地理位置非常优越，京都CBD，交通非常方便，门口就是公交站，走到电车站也不过五分钟左右，本身处于繁华地段买什么都很方便，鸭川也是步行能到的距离。
2.性价比奇高，这个价格这个地段放到东京大阪大概连只带个门帘的hostel都住不上。
3.各类设施配备都有，独立卫浴和高级洗烘。
4.过了check in时间依旧有人员值班，可以正常办理入住且无另外收费，这在日本酒店来讲其实不算常见。

Cons:

房间自带斜坡，这有点奇怪，要小心起夜摔到的感觉。

Ottima posizione in una zona molto centrale sia per girare a piedi che per prendere i mezzi. Oltretutto piena di attività, negozi e ristoranti. Personale gentilissimo. Disponibilità di utilizzare gli accappatoi situati alla reception ed inoltre su ogni piano gratuitamente si può usufruire del distributore dell’acqua, microonde, bustine di tè, caffè e altre cose utili come spazzolino e pettine. Bollitore e tazze in camera, molto comodo. Bagno in camera pulito. Servizio lavanderia molto utile

Da migliorare la pulizia soprattutto della stanza un po’ polverosa. La nostra emanava un odore poco piacevole dalle pareti, forse dovuto alla colla della carta da parati e sarebbe più igienico fornire ciabattine di spugna usa e getta ed aggiungere dei ganci per appendere gli abiti. Andrebbero tenute più pulite e revisionate le lavatrici

Leider werden die Zimmer hier nur alle 4 Tage gereinigt. - das gleiche gilt für den Tausch der Handtücher. Das entspricht nicht den Richtlinien für ein 3-Sterne Hotel und sollte unabhängig davon kein Standard für irgendein Hotel sein.

Nice Hotel but bad experience

Location was good, my room had city view, big and comfortable.

Cons:

When I checked in they gave information about late check out, penalties etc. But what they didn't tell was entering the hotel in midnight.. Which made me wait out of the hotel between 1 a.m to 2.30 a.m hopeless and disgusted... In midnight you go out of hotel from side door with your card but should enter inside with a code which they didn't tell. The code was written on the cover of the card which I left inside because nobody ever told me about... I stayed there 2 nights but they ruined my night and after the other day. They just said sorry... Period...
