Pros:

La ubicación es genial, en pleno centro y buena conexión con bus, metro, etc. El personal es muy amable y están atentos a cualquier cosa que necesites. En el pasillo hay micro, accesorios de baño y dispensador de agua.

Cons:

Inicialmente nos dieron una habitación que no se podía ni respirar del olor a humedad, pedimos un cambio y sin ningún inconveniente nos dieron otra en el piso de arriba (el personal siempre muy atento y amable, insisto porque es problema del edificio no del personal).

Esta segunda habitación olía algo menos a humedad y nos dijeron que mejoraría cuando pusiéramos el aire en modo dry. Pese a tener puesto el aire para reducir la humedad las 24h todos los días, la situación no mejoró. Las sábanas, almohadas y todas las superficies estaban como mojadas todo el día.

値段にしては十分満足、お釣りが来るくらい。
Pros:

中心地にありまた滞在目的地に激近で抜群のロケーション。
スタッフもとても親切で、助かった。
個人的なスタンダードはあると思われるものの、一部のレビューにあるように不潔ということはほぼ当たらず、不満のない清潔さ。ただ指摘にあった通りスリッパは使い捨てではなかったから抵抗感ある人はいるだろう。

Cons:

机が小さいなどで多少使いにくかったものの、2泊で¥8000程であのレベルの良いサービスを考慮すれば納得いくレベル。
スタッフの多くは外国人の方々だったが、もちろん日本語は上手でほとんど遜色ない。欠点を挙げると、地元出身日本人でないと、近くの地下鉄の場所などベーシックなことをご存知ないなどは改良すべき。
それでもとてもヘルプフルで感じも良く満足。

Ottimo posizionamento e quartiere vivace
Pros:

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, La struttura si trova in una posizione molto centrale e abbastanza vicina alle varie attrazioni in più la zona è molto vivace ed è piacevole farci una passeggiata la sera, le stanze sono forse leggermente più grandi rispetto alla media giapponese. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare le valigie alla reception per la giornata anche dopo il check-out.
