In order to complete the online self check-in process, each guest is required to provide Identification before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the online self check-in. A check in fee of POUND 25 will apply.
To ensure the safety, security, and registration of all guests, an insurance fee is required of four pounds and ninety seven pence per guest. This nonrefundable fee is for the pre-authorization on the card provided prior to the check in, covering any incidental charges, smoking violations detected or unsettled payments at check-out.
Please note early check in or late check out are only possible at a surcharge. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 18:00PM costs POUND 25 to check in after 18:00PM.
A surcharge fee of POUND 49 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. A surcharge of POUND 35 per person per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.
Smoking anywhere on site or out of any window, or covering the fire alarm is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in an additional fee of POUND 200. Your reservation will be immediately terminated and will remain nonrefundable.

The shower was either boiling or freezing and completely unsafe! The shower floor was completely slippery and not a great experience!

La gente scappava dalla struttura, abbiamo pagato 2 notti ma il giorno In cui abbiamo prenotato ci siamo trovati per caso li fuori, avremmo dovuto fare il check in il giorno dopo non siamo più tornati, abbiamo chiesto il risarcimento perché con 3 bambini era veramente rischiosissimo a livello di igiene e mi meraviglio come voi possiamo far usufruire a certe strutture il vostro nome! Vergogna !

Nothing much as i never got the stay 😕
I paid for the property and, during check-in, I was asked to pay a waiver fee, which I did (£9 and something). However, before I could complete the process, I was then asked to pay an additional £25 for a late check-in fee. This was not acceptable, as I had already messaged the property and started the check-in process before the allocated 6pm cut-off time.
Because they would not accept this, we were left without a place to stay. I did not have another card available for payment and only had a small amount of cash on me, so we were effectively stranded.
I also tried contacting Booking.com, but the AI operator would not accept my booking reference. I attempted to contact the property directly several times, including before 6pm, but received no answer at all. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

You get what you pay for, and I hardly paid anything. Location. Many doors so hard to get robbed.
Dirty glass under the bed, scrumped up paper and plastic on the floor. Could hear the neighbour nextdoor thru the paper-thin door. The TV remote had no battery, but obviously the AI WhatsApp customer service could do nothing - download an app!
Unfortunately, I did not like anything about this stay. The whole experience was stressful and disappointing from the beginning.
Check-in was delayed by over 2 hours and the host kept changing the check-in time. Communication was very poor, with messages being ignored or answered after a long time. This caused a lot of stress and frustration, especially as I was travelling with children.
The property also looked very different from the photos advertised on Booking.com. The listing was misleading and did not match what was shown online.
