In order to complete the online self check-in process, each guest is required to provide Identification before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the online self check-in. A check in fee of POUND 25 will apply.
To ensure the safety, security, and registration of all guests, an insurance fee is required of four pounds and ninety seven pence per guest. This nonrefundable fee is for the pre-authorization on the card provided prior to the check in, covering any incidental charges, smoking violations detected or unsettled payments at check-out.
Please note early check in or late check out are only possible at a surcharge. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 18:00PM costs POUND 25 to check in after 18:00PM.
A surcharge fee of POUND 49 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. A surcharge of POUND 35 per person per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property.
Smoking anywhere on site or out of any window, or covering the fire alarm is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in an additional fee of POUND 200. Your reservation will be immediately terminated and will remain nonrefundable.

The location was great and parking wasn't too bad to be honest
I arrived between 5-6pm as confirmed by myself and noted by hotel, I had a call from a rude person who did not identify herself, but demanded I tell if I was coming, which I had already confirmed.
When I arrived at 5.45pm there was no staff, which means there is no support at all there was another couple waiting to go in they had been waiting 25 mins for a reply to whassup in order to gain entry code. It is a self check in so again beware.
It took 15 minutes to get an answer to start check in
I was then charged a late check in fee of £25, then £5 per person staying for insurance then had to send ID ..
They send an email to check in early which costs you £20 to 'Skip the queue' which i declined.
Then was charged the the extra £35 for checking in late. They would not release door code until this had been done! What was more annoying is that in the property you have a notice stating you have until 8pm before charged a late check in fee.. non of this is shown when you book. I have taken photos of the signage for reference and will be following up.
The room was huge, amenities were supplied including microwave which was faulty, a lamp that was faulty, overloading of plug sockets..
The bathroom was okay but the walls were filthy with dirty marks all over them.
Bedding had some stains on.
Curtains missing, bed has broken slats. The parque floor had bits missing, the door of the room looked okay from outside then when you shut it from inside had a plasterboard nailed onto it ..
This may have been a one off and other rooms may well be okay but just as an FYI.

At de skulle ha mer penger etter at har bestilt. Vi sov der en natt før vi fant oss et nytt hotell. Vi gikk tilbake for å se om det var en kode Vi måtte bruke for å kunne sjekke ut. Da var der to hunder inne på rommet vårt!

The room I booked looked nothing like the photos online. It looked and felt like staying in a hostel. It was unclean and uncomfortable. When I tried contacting the property manager there was no way to speak to a person. I had to go through booking.com to raise my concerns, which were very helpful.
The rooms had so many beds we didn't even use one of the 3 rooms we booked
The check in took over an hour and because of such a late check in time we missed 3 hours of the concert we were to see
The location was great… not much else unfortunately
There was lots of hidden fees after booking! The walls and bed frame were filthy. One tiny window in the room which led into the courtyard of another property, which was very noisy. The lock on the front door was electric and “low charge” which led to my partner getting locked out for ten minutes. Check in was very confusing. Wouldn’t recommend

The worst place i ever stayed
No proper communication no service everything was weird and in-fact the charge extra money when we were doing the checkin. No proper instructions it was completely AI based WhatsApp chat
There was all the guest talking to us no one liked it
No proper ventilation in room the rooms downstairs was soo smelly i even tried to make complaint but no response

On way to hotel - lady called saying we cancelled room - I was upset - she said go on booking .com find another room - refund at midnight - no refund - they said they refunded - didnt answer my calls sent delayed texts - caused me stress - Still havent got my refund - compensation should apply for canceling room as it’s a clear indication they gave it to someone Else who was paying more as trailaton was on in Brighton weekend
