In order to complete the online self check-in process, each guest is required to provide Identification before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the online self check-in. A check in fee of POUND 25 will apply.

The only good thing was the location but I’d never go back to that hotel ever again

The location was the only good thing about this hotel it was close to the beach that’s about it

Cons:

It had no lift we was on the very top floor the room itself had a horrible smell like sewer or damp there was damp on the ceiling and on the carpet the bathroom door was a sliding one that didn’t shut properly right beside the bed and it stunk in there the bed was all lob sided and pushed into the corner of a wall the blinds were broke it was just horrible oh also telly was awful

I like the location. Close to the sea

Cons:

1. Communication was poor
2. Our bedsheets wasnt changed till we left, even the towels.... And was given only two toilet roll throughout our stay.
3. No parking area. The hotel should create a parking space for visitors.
4. No microwave, no fridge.
5. The room was two tight, they packed three bed in one room, very tight. No space to move in the room.
6. We got to the hotel location and waited over 40mins before gaining access to the room.

We didn’t stay at the property.
Have to book another hotel after that I manger to get into the room with my family and see the disgustingly bad and poor conditions of the room, please please don’t book this place the pictures are nothing like Theo property looks.
I’m asking for my money back

Avoid this Hotel like the plague

We were unable to check in as everything is done through WhatsApp messages.
The code we were given for our room in the basement didn't work. We tried the key safe on every door but couldn't get it to work on any of them.
In the end we had no choice but to book another hotel at great expense.

Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Very poor maned, not very good hotel

Arrive at for which was my checking in time, after traveling 3 5 hours, to have to sit on the stair for a hour while it was still being cleaned. Cleaner was taking balloons and gas cylinder out of the room while my children was there. Cleaners and the check in lad was not very helpful at all was not English. We was frustrated after the travel. When we got into the room.... hole in window, bed frame was cracked mad out of 4x4 stumps, shower was blocked as hairs all round it, stair hand rail to get to the other beds was loose and stair was ridiculous. I paid £180 for 1 night stay, cod me over £60 for parking

Spotless modern bathroom, spotless bedlinen, tea/coffee, in a beautiful sq beside a park and right beside the beach and a lovely restaurant for breakfast.

Cons:

Ok so there are alot of bad reviews of this place. Our expectations were very low because of this. So one of the blinds were broken and the door was unpainted on the inside and said construction plywood on it . The key pulley lock box is tricky to manage.
Their check in system is not clearly explained and would take away some of these issues if they did. You have to share your ID via whatsapp which is not safe. I only saw the reviews after I booked it and thought it was going to be a nightmare so I rang in advance and asked for a room that was not in the basement as there was also reviews advising of mould and damp so I figured if we get an above the ground room it might not have that issue.

Pros:

The room and view was nice

Cons:

It was an attic room on 5th floor, not much space inside, no chest of drawers, the toilet pubes on it, the Room didn't look that clean, the shower head holder wouldn't hold the shower up.. I wasn't happy..
