Our favorite hotel at the Dells!
Pros:

We loved the room and the deck, it was a very spacious room and comfortable beds and bedding. Staff was very attentive. The pools were warm and the kids loved it! Great location. We come here every year and its our favorite.

Cons:

Toilet was spraying when we entered room, one tv remote didn't work (maybe needed new batteries). We still had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend and return

Very nice but could use some changes for the better.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and nice. The pools were very warm. That was a plus. But they are in need of an upgrade. Paint is peeling and looks really bad. The hot tubs nice and hot but you weren’t allowed to turn them on. The web site says breakfast is included and that was a lie.

Cons:

The majority of the staff did not speak English. It was really hard to communicate with them.

Pros:

We liked the pool. They had multiple to pick from.

Cons:

The room felt wet. There was a room with caution tape out it. Beds were not comfortable. The feeling in the room was just not pleasant. We paid deposit and never got it back and we had no reason not to get it back.

The location was great

Cons:

Rooms are not well kept, our fan for the shower didn’t work. Housekeeping left our door open for anyone to come in. I’m not happy! They don’t wash the bedding only re make the beds with the same bed set, GROSS!

False advertisement- cheap hotel that provides adequate facilities if your low budget
Pros:

The pool was nice and warm on the fourth floor and had showers for use. Close to everything. Patio is nice to have but definitely needed work!

Cons:

FALSE ADVERTISING! They do not give Noah’s Ark Tickets or anywhere else. Google says they do. The waterfall was broken, whirlpool was closed, pools outside were extremely cold, human hair from previous guests all over bathroom, pool by office so strong of chlorine burned my eyes walking through the room! Lots of noise from nearby places… duck boat, slide, Grateful Shed. Pool open late?!?! No early at 9pm?! Opens late too, 9am. There are people working g why not let your guests swim late when they come back from outside activities for parents to sit in a hot tub to recuperate. Sheets had stains. Yellow Jacket HIVE in our air conditioner….room 212!!!!
