Pros:

We really liked how it was close to the big water parks. And the staff was decent.

Cons:

They only had one pool open, didn't saying anything about the outside or other inside pool getting cleaned or being shut down. The one pool area that was open was very out to date and ditry as well as they had broken slides the kids couldn't even do

It was in a good location

Cons:

People constantly running up and down the hallways. For the price it didnt seem worth it. Carpet was dingy, shower was stained, sheets on one of the beds had holes in it. They advertised that pools were open late on their huge sign by the road but even 4th of july weekend, they were closed at 9. When I booked there was an advertisement for either 2 hours at knuckleheads or a day at noahs ark included. Found out at check in that was not the case. I could have stayed at a motel with about the same amenities and not paid 800. Being a choice hotel, i thought there would be breakfast but there isnt.

Pros:

Location was really good where ever we went. Large room.

Cons:

Hard, unclean, beds. Needs to be updated in each room. Ac did not work in our area of the room but the bedroom had decent ac.

My stay was terrible and I wouldn’t stay there again not worth the money

Cons:

The staff was not helpful, there was no WiFi and no free breakfast, the housekeeping staff didn’t understand English and they were no where to be found when we needed towels face cloths etc. one of the swimming areas was closed for maintenance, no one was answering the front desk, I had to go down to speak with someone, and when I got down there she was wearing headphones. There was a sheet that was printed out at the front desk that said checkout was at 11am, but we had to checkout at 10am. Overall terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Stay away not worth it
Pros:

Cons:

Dirty, no working internet. Gift shop is two shirts hanging up, outside pool no waterfall effect, cold run down and Dirty, people throwing garbage off balconies. Hard to.speal with as English is not a first language for anyone there, ypu can hear everything in your room. No food or drink options. Nothing is as advertised
