Good location and the room was clean and decent (bed, bathroom, etc)
Needs safety updates to all pool areas. Rooms had smells of must or mold, didn’t want to use AC for that reason. No longer give out Noah’s ark tickets. WIFI did not work.
I like the fact that it had an indoor pool for younger kids
Large books in the room jacuzzi green patio door did not lock a bat was flying in the hallway area both dryers did not work telephone and rooms did not work and it was advertise when booking that tickets to Noah's are worth included but found out a kind of arrival that was not the case
BOKING DIDN'T SEND ATLANTIS MY RESERVATION SO I DIDNT HAVE A ROOM AND STAFF WAS RUDE !!!!!
Location was awesome
Nothing to complain
The one pool was warm. Good location.
The pool by the front desk and the outside pools were cold and dirty. The baby slide was broken… the pictures look nothing like it is in person. The place is run down. The hallways and rooms were so noisy!! The beds were uncomfortable, the tvs didnt work. Way too expensive for what it was. The hotel is hard to navigate around. The couches in the hallways were gross. Upgrades are a must. No breakfast… weird.
How can it was and how nice the works were
That the water fall wasn't working the inside pool of the front desk area wasn't working and it could of needed a touch up with paint and the pool that had the basketball hoop need to be tighter up it's very loose.
The location
The room had a strong smell of water damage
Friendly staff very clean
Not much to hate really
The room was super humid, the room smelled like something was rotten mixed with a bad body odor. We made the best of it.
Close to everything
Hotel very outdated. Comforter was put on the wrong way. The jets did not work in the tub nor in the hot tub. The one kiddie slide has caution tape on it that needs to be totally removed and replaced as it’s deteriorating. Appears it’s been this way for a long time. Washing machine is outdated and was out of order as well. It was a place to sleep and close to attractions other than that it’s not worth it.
The kids like swimming in the hot tub
It seems to have taken a step back since I 1st started coming here, since the 90s i believe. I wanted to give my kids the experience I had when I came as a child. As in hallways not on or working, ice machine was always empty
This hotel could be so nice, if the staff wasnt so bad.
The first night there I was stung by a wasp right by my eye, and didnt think much of it. The next morning my niece was stung 3 times, one of my nephews 2 times, and my other nephew once all in the matter of 10 minutes. I found six wasp nests under the first floor balconies by door 4. I went to the front desk to report it. The staff showed no interest about the childrens well being, and just told me someone was taking care of it. That was Monday afternoon. Well, I left today, Thursday, and all the wasp nest were still there. I went to the front desk Tuesday and Wednesday morning to ask what was being done, and to ask for towels and toilet paper, because they were never replaced for a suite containing 8 people! I was told some story that they called emergency exterminators, but that was a lie. They show that they offer free passes to Mt. Olympus and Noah's Ark with a 2 night stay in their photos, but thats a lie. Also, the out door pool was "closed" for our whole stay even though the pools were open and the water was crystal clear. The indoor pool by the front desk was about 70° and way too cold to enjoy. Half of my face was swollen up like a balloon for my entire trip from being stung, not to mention the kids, and I was never asked how we were doing or offered an apology. This place and staff really pissed me off, and I never make complaints about anything. STAY AWAY!!!
The Water Kingdom was nice.
The staff failed at every opportunity they had to help me or make my stay decent. I wasnt asking for much, just to give us clean towels and toilet paper, to take care of the wasp nest (after between my niece, nephews and I were stung 7 times), to honor the free passes they clearing offer with a 2 night stay, and to maybe see how we were doing after being stung so many times by door 4 all in a 12 hour period. My niece was stung 3 times, one of my nephew twice, my other nephew once, and I was stung once. All the kids were under 10 years old. I went back every morning asking what was being done about the 6 wasps nest under the first floor balconies by door 4, and I was told they called "emergency exterminators"! That was Monday morning... all the nests were still there this morning (Thursday) when I left.
The out door pools were closed for our whole stay, and we were never offered an explanation why. The pools were open, filled, the water was crystal clear, and it was 90°+ every day, but there was signs saying the pools were closed everyday.
The indoor pool by the front desk was so ridiculously cold, the kids said their legs were going numb, and thats not an exaggeration!
The wifi was also garbage and didnt work at night.
I rented a suite and a double queen room, for my wife's family (12 people) and we had to ask for towels and toilet paper everyday.
I tried to show her family a nice week in the Dells, and this place made me feel embarrassed.
