Decent value for the price.
Pros:

Convenient to Royal Botanical Gardens. Room was spacious and clean. Huge comfortable king bed. Very quiet.

Cons:

TV was difficult to operate. Large number of what appeared to be homeless people wandering around hallways and parking areas.

Correct pour un court séjour.
Pros:

Chambre très propre, déco au goût du jour.
Grande et bien équipée.

Personnel jovial et courtois dans l'ensemble.
Facile d'accès, stationnement sur place avec arrêt de bus tout prêt.

Cons:

Chambres mal insonorisées.
on entend tout de ce qui se passe à côté ( conversations, télé, musique, salle de bain etc)
Dérangeant lorsqu'il est rendu 1h am.

De-plus, on a intérêt à garder les portes barrées. Plus d'une fois on a tenté de rentrer dans ma chambre.
La présence d'agents de sécurité en permanence laisse un doute sur la vocation réelle de cet hôtel.
Il y a souvent des déchets, saletés dans espaces communs / couloirs / escaliers.
Climatisation plus ou moins efficace.

Restaurant dispendieux pour la qualité.
Froid et pas trop de saveur ( j'y étais lorsque nous étions seulement 2 tables en salle à manger)

Spacious clean room.

Cons:

Was unaware homeless were also residing in the hotel. This info should be shared up front. Of course no offense to homeless but children coming into the bar asking the attendant if she knew where their mother was? Children are playing in the stairwells?.Seemed a bit odd for a hotel.

Pros:

The room was quite spacious and extremely comfortable. I had a great stay and look forward to future stays.
The staff are diligent and attentive.

Cons:

I didn't like the lingering musty smell of the hallways.
However the hotel is quite tidy, particularly in my room.

Over all good, location sketchy, rooms are comfortable and worth the value.
Pros:

Overall the hotel was good, it was surprising how big the room was and how comfy the beds were.

Cons:

The location was a bit sketchy but that’s to be expected of Hamilton.

Not my favourite place to stay. Unfortunate
Pros:

The staff were very nice and accommodating

Cons:

The room was very hot and the floor was sticky. Also, the air conditioner stopped working at around 5am. We didn’t call down because we were asleep. Woke up around 9 and was very hot. Didn’t realize it completely stopped working.

We had a great time, and we will stay here again
Pros:

We liked that there was a little restaurant attached to the hotel, breakfast and dinner service was great, all the staff we encountered over the weekend were friendly and helpful, over all this is the best place we've stayed since we started coming to Hamilton a few times a year, and we will definitely stay again! 🙂

Great place, comfortable, but thin walls
Pros:

Staff was very nice, the room was clean and included a tub! Very close to historic sites and park which was a huge plus!

Thin walls, I could hear the people beside us very loudly at 2am
