Bed bugs which is absolutely disgusting.
Breakfast not included but the waitress went out of her way to make this the highlight of our stay. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. They gave us a much quieter room when the first one was too noisy due to the restaurant fan rumbling on the roof above our room.
Hotel was being renovated so things were not as clean as they should be. Everything needs a redo. It will be interesting to drop in to see how well it turns out. It looks like people are living in the hotel so the upkeep is not what you'd expect.
The room was nice, we had 2 beds and comfy. THe room was quiet.
Food - The quality of the food was not good. THe dinner was so basic, like hospital food - corn, rice and super dry chicken breast, small piles of each on the plate.
The wallpaper in the lobby was pealing and on our floor they were doing construction, white chunks of dry wall? on the hallway and attached to my wheels of luggage.
Was the hotel that full that we could not be in the other wing?
One of the best features of this property was the staff who were more than accommodating and pleasant. We ate breakfast in the restaurant the next morning and we’re very pleased with the quality of food, the service and the prices!
As a constructive comment, we would say that the Furniture in the room needed a little attention as it was scuffed up on the edges. It did not interfere with our enjoyable stay

The check-in process was smooth. I stayed in room 311, which overlooked the parking lot. It was a double-bed room, and the sheets were clean. Overall cleaniless was good for the value of the room. The room service was a great feature, offering menu options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The onsite restaurant was very welcoming and provided quick delivery. The food arrived warm and fresh.
The main issue was the malfunctioning electrical outlet between the beds. This caused three problems: the room lamp was inoperable, and we couldn't charge our devices near the beds, which was very inconvenient. Also, remember to bring shampoo, conditioner, and body wash or soap, as the hotel does not supply these. Additionally, there is no gift shop or convenience store on-site, so the nearest place to buy anything is at least 5-10 minutes away.
