I’m not normally one to complain but I feel like this needs to be said, the host lady had her feet up watching YouTube on her iPad. She didn’t move a muscle untill we stood there long enough to ask if she was the receptionist. She scowled at us then gave us some forms to fill out. She gave us the wrong forms. Which she proceeded to yell at us for writing on them. This host was horrible, insulted me and my friend.
She called us “stupid white people” and told us we shouldn’t be in her country. after handing us the wrong form to fill in. Repeating dumb dumb as we filled out our names she couldn’t understand we booked two rooms and yelled at us for having them. She pushed the keys off the counter onto the floor for us to pick up while saying “your people dumb dumb” repeatedly

Thankfully we found the funny side of the whole situation.

Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Unfreundliche HausMama. Zimmer/ Bettdecke roch nach Käsefüße und Urin. Auf der Toilette kann man nur seitlich sitzen, so klein ist das Bad. Wasserdruck sehr gering beim Duschen. Zimmer nicht wie auf Bildern angeben. Nur für den absoluten Notfall zu empfehlen.

Pros:

The location was amazing and the value of money too

Cons:

The noise, you can hear everything around, also the staff start at 7am and they talk very loud.
The staff in general was good but the person in the reception, I think is the manager, is rude, not friendly at all, completely impolite and is always at defense, didn’t like her at all. That would be an amazing point to improve in my opinion

One night was enough.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

The first room we were given was one with a fan and it smelt bad, like damp and moldy. Then asked if we could change and only option was with air con. The first room was priced under 500baht then with air con 700baht but we were asked to pay 300baht on top of the 500baht already paid to switch which I felt was unfair. Paying 100baht extra for an air con room after the first one we tried was unbearable to stay in.
