Las habitaciones son amplias, te dejan café y agua

Cons:

El desayuno podría ser mejor. Hay “mucho” pero no es de tan buena calidad. Es una lástima que en Bogotá ofrezcan pan tan malo. No hay mucha relación con el huesped.

ordené comida a la habitación y el filete de pollo que me sirvieron estuvo crudo, hice el reclamo, se disculparon y no me lo cobraron pero es un tema delicado tratándose de carne de pollo.
otro problema fue que la limpieza del baño no estuvo como tiene que estar, el escusado se lo veía sucio.

Decepcionante estancia

Realmente decepcionada con el servicio de este hotel en general ! Siempre me he quedado aquí pero esta vez es la última . Really disappointed with the service at this hotel overall!

Cons:

1. Habitación incómoda , TV sin funcionar, no tiene ni YouTube y es un 5 estrellas , limpieza bastante regular , moqueta mal instalada con pliegues que casi me caigo , así que primera noche muy negativa, tuvimos que solicitar cambio de habitación.
2. Desayuno pésimo aunque fuera bufete la calidad lamentable sobretodo el último día de estancia .
3, Pago con T C y me lo pasan a débito , y consultas y aún sigo aquí espero respuesta para saber motivo .
