Pros:

The approach to the property was not good,the bad road with lots of potholes was disturbing but the staff was very polite and sardarjee who served us Breakfast was very polite and helpful, he made our day.we wanted an Omelette without spices and he arranged for it instantly.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and the food was good at the restaurant

Cons:

The hotel staff at the reception were totally unprepared to handle a multiple people who wanted to check in. People were hovering over the counter and one of the staff was on the telephone the whole time. No one could understand what the staff were actually doing. They could have managed the customers in an organised way. Very stressful to arrive at a hotel and experience this.
