Affordable, Efficient and Clean
Pros:

Wiz is a small property, a bit off the beaten Pattaya path. However the staff is great and the price is very reasonable.

Cons:

I have stayed there before, so there were no surprises

The location, the view, and staff were very friendly. Liked it

Cons:

The plumbing in the bathroom was pretty old and worked not very well. It was ok for us because we stayed for only one night, but it might not be good for a long stay.

Pros:

A very nice hotel in a relatively quiet area, a relatively large room.
One of the notable advantages of the hotel is that the pool was open 24 hours, unlike the other hotels we visited where the hours of activity in the pool are from 8am to 10pm

Pros:

Great hotel! Responsive, helpful staff, very kind and attentive! The hotel is only a year old, completely full of Russian tourists! Free wifi around the entire perimeter of the hotel, there were no comments on its quality. Cleaned every day. Everything is clean and tidy, furniture and other things are new. Downstairs is the pool. All shops, cafes, city center within walking distance!

Good Hotel for good rest)
Pros:

We were in this hotel in April of 2018. This hotel is in a really wonderful place, because of you can get to all places really quickly, but the hotel is located in quiet place. In 2 minutes from hotel placed line for tuc-tucs, so for about 5-10 minutes you can get to Walking Street and malls in left side and to Jomtien Night Market in right side, also in 20 minutes of walking placed Pattaya Park beach.

The room is very clean and has interesting design and comfortable bed. The staff is very polite and smiley. The air conditioning didn't work on first day, but it was fixed very quickly. If you decide to stay here, you can present a marshmallow for hotel's owner, he will be happy)) Tasty breakfast, but not too various. The Internet worked all time that we were here, but speed was rather low. Pool is good for rest in the evening after the heat is over.

The most important advantage of this hotel is place. Because you can get everywhere fast enough, but here is quiet, so you can have a good sleep.

I recommend, really good hotel for budget vacation, if you are going to walk a lot and not sit in the room all the time)))
