Clean modern room, loved the King size bed.
Amenities quite modern and clean. Ask to stay at back of hotel as quieter.
If your room is facing the street the traffic noise is quite bad.
The suite was spacious. Bed was hard but comfortable. Office staff were friendly.
The room was not soundproof at all.. the noise of loud early cleaners talking, rattling cleaning stuff, opening and closing doors etc and the loud traffic noise was dreadful.. the suite was set out for disabled people and every time you showered water went all over the floor, it’s been happening for a longtime as the bathroom door was warped and had dropped a little.. the bathroom de-mister didn’t work. there was an irritating night light that lit up the whole room all night which you were unable to switch off. Stingy with milk, coffee, sugar and tea, there was only enough for 1 cup per person per day. The worst thing was the cleaner pressed our room buzzer ONCE and attempted to walk into our room, we were in bed trying to sleep! And I’m sure I could feel gritty sand in the feet end of our bed.

I was in one of the newer rooms and it was perfect. Sleek design, excellent bed and bathroom facilities, very clean, lift access, quiet corridor. Location to pubs and restaurants is fantastic.
Parking could be a bit squeezy if you arrive late.

In a convenient location easy to get to. Close to a lot of cafes and restaurants as well as eat street.
Very limited on car parks for the amount of room they have spots fill up fast. No allocated spots when staying.
Clean, good location to walk to the Wharf, Hamilton Hotel, short drive to city.
Balcony was too small to sit out on.
