Pettymys jäi päällimmäisenä mieleen huonosti hoidetun sisäänkirjautumisen takia. Harmi.

Kaikki oli siistiä, sänky oli hyvä.

Cons:

Emme saaneet huonetta määräaikaan mennessä, vaan odottelimme aulassa huoneen avaimia yhteensä yli tunnin (huone oli n. 30min myöhässä) Erikoisinta oli se, että kukaan ei hyvittänyt asiaa mitenkään ! Ulkona terassilla oli +21C ja auringonpaistetta, itse olisin tarjonnut huonetta odottaville asiakkaille esim. ilmaiset juomat terassilla tms, mutta pelisilmä puuttui kokonaan. Ei tarvetta tulla kyseiseen hotelliin uudestaan, jos tämä on heidän tapa palvella asiakkaita.

Everything was really good, especially bike renting, it was very convenient to travel around the city. Especially around the lake, I highly recommend this route. Breakfast is good. Staff is ready to help.
