Pros:

Lovely hotel with an amazing service. Good location close to the city center and the lake.
Very clean all over.
Excellent breakfast, you just have to try the strawberry-rhubarb juice!

Very nice stay at Jyväskylä.
Pros:

Great room with own sauna with nice lake view. Good restaurant, food and service.

Cons:

For my taste the room temperature was somewhat high, even though I set the temperature to 21C, but that did not have an effect. But otherwise, really nice room.

Keskeinen sijainti

Cons:

Bookingin varaussivu antoi harhaanjohtavan kuvan huonetyypistä. Olin siinä käsityksessä, että olin varannut Superior-huoneen, mutta saimmekin pienemmän, alemman huoneluokan huoneen. Tarvitsimme nimenomaan isomman huoneen, ja myös Bookingin kuvat antavat mielestäni vaikutelman, että kyseessä on suurempi huone.

Olemme majoittuneet tässä hotellissa useita kertoja aiemmin Superior-huoneessa, joten tiedämme hyvin, millainen sen pitäisi olla. Saamamme huone ei vastannut odotuksiamme eikä Bookingissa esitettyä kuvausta.

Maksoimme huoneesta lähes 600 €, mikä on kyseisestä huoneesta kohtuuton hinta. En olisi tehnyt varausta tai maksanut kyseistä summaa, jos huonetyyppi olisi ollut esitetty oikein.

Olen ottanut asiasta yhteyttä Bookingin sovelluksen kautta, mutta en ole saanut vastausta. Vaadin asianmukaista hyvitystä tästä virheellisestä ja harhaanjohtavasta varauksesta.

Huone oli tilava ja siisti.

Cons:

Huoneessa oli tilaa, mutta ei riittävästi huonekaluja. Yöpöydät puuttyivat, vaikka tilaa olisi ollut. Vain yksi nojatuoli, vaikka toisellekin olisi ollut hyvin tilaa.

Nice hotel, great location but short comings when private functions on which we found d rude and disrespectful
Pros:

Great big rooms and very comfortable and great bathroom

Cons:

Staff did not follow up requests when asked which was disappointing as they were lovely people
Did not like being refused access to bar and toilets when private functions on - security staff had awful attitude and would put me off using hotel again which is a shame

Cons:

Die angebliche Klimaanlage war leider unzureichend. Minimal einstellbar auf 20 Grad, was bei sommerlichen Temperaturen zu 23 Grad Nachttemperatur führte. Totaler Mist. Wir hatten es extra deswegen gebucht. Die Anfahrt über Parkhaus war nicht vernünftig beschrieben, daher waren wir erst im falschen. Motorräder werden vom System des Parkhauses nicht erkannt. Meine Frau wurde von der Schranke getroffen. Parken für Motorräder extrem teuer.
