La profesionalidad del personal de animación infantil y de restauración
El servicio de desayuno, y el personal muy atento.
Los horarios, sobre todo el de la piscina, ya que cuando volvíamos al hotel sobre las 18 horas ya no te podías bañar. Creo que está más enfocado a un turismo extranjero y no nacional.
Las. Habitantes son grandes y comodas
La televisión no se ve bien, y no se ven casi canales españoles.

Il primo giorno in cui siamo arrivati c’erano dei capelli nella zona del the / caffè e il porta spazzolini non era pulito. Il resto era tutto pulito e dalla seconda volta che hanno fatto pulizia la cosa si è risolta in autonomia.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. It’s located just 10 minutes from the airport and only a 5 minute taxi ride from Puerto del Carmen.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and had very comfortable beds. There were several pools to choose from, but the main pool with the entertainment team was our favourite thanks to the great atmosphere and activities throughout the day.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, always encouraging guests to join in and have fun. A special shoutout to Svan from the entertainment team, who was the highlight of our holiday and made our stay even more memorable!
The food offered plenty of choice and there was a convenient snack bar located beside the pool. There was also evening entertainment every night, with shows starting at 9:30 pm.
Overall, a brilliant hotel with excellent facilities, great entertainment, and a fantastic team. We would happily return.
The only thing we would have liked to know in advance was that there is an “All Inclusive Plus” package in addition to the standard all-inclusive option. The Plus package includes a much better selection of drinks and cocktails. If you enjoy cocktails, we’d definitely recommend upgrading.

Nous avons été étonné a notre arrivée car nous nous attendions a un petit hotel.
Nous avons toutefois été agréablement surpris de découvrir un complexe assez grand mais bien adapté a une clientèle adulte.
La piscine , 1 restaurant et 1 bar sont réservés aux adultes ce qui contribue a une ambiance calme et reposante.
Le service d'animation est très sympathique et les spectacles du soir sont de belle qualité.
Les buffets sont variés et de bonne qualité.
