This was a very clean well run Hotel. The staff on the front desk made the arrival easy.
Cons:

They ran out of Breakfast items and not refreshed in a timely manner.

Overcharged

I like how clean the property was

Cons:

I got overcharged and I paid through Booking and then they charged my credit card again for $340 which was $140 over what I initially charged to Booking. Dean is at the front. The first day was very, very rude and basically blamed it on Booking for the mess up. And I still have not gotten my money back. The next day I dealt with two other ladies which are wonderful and they actually told me more on the situation and said that this has happened before. Just be careful if you pay through Booking and then they put your credit card on file because they will charge you.

First Time in Nashville
Pros:

When I arrived I was pleased with the smell and how clean the lobby was. I was also greeted with a warm welcome by Alexis. She made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay in Nashville (first timer) and told me about places I should visit during my stay. Will return, thank you.

Disappointed for sure
Pros:

Well, location is great, but it’s old, tired and dirty. The only saving grace is the wonderful front desk staff, pleasant and happy. They are the only reason I gave it a 2, otherwise it’s a definite 1! So many choices, not sure why this one is still branded as a Marriott.

very clean, excellent staff, good location
there was a certain front desk staff, didn’t get her name all I know is she likes a brown sugar oatmeal espresso, but she made me feel so welcomed. if she reads this she will know it’s about her ! I wish I would have gotten her socials to show her pictures of the concert I went to while i was there and to keep in touch 🫶🏼

Acesso do estacionamento para os apartamentos e confuso e burocrático. As camas não cheiram bem, e os colchões são pessimos, o colchão do sofá cama é impraticável! Melhor dormir no chão.
