Sehr schöner Aufenthalt - Qualität hat ihren Preis
Pros:

Das Frühstück und auch die restlichen Speisen im Restaurant waren hervorragend, man zahlt aber auch den Preis dafür. Wunderschön gepflegte Garten- und Poolanlage. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Insgesamt hat mir der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Als kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Teilweise waren am Pool keine Handtücher mehr verfügbar, sodass man warten musste, bis neue geliefert wurden.
Das Frühstück beginnt erst um 8.00 Uhr. Für Frühaufsteher wie mich wäre ein etwas früherer Beginn wünschenswert.
Schön fände ich zudem, wenn am Strand zusätzlich Liegestühle oder Liegen zur Verfügung stehen würden, um den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu gestalten.

Pros:

All stuff members were very welcoming and nice, we immediately felt that we are in a good place. We got an upgrade for our room as well, enjoying extra space. The hotel is nice, small enough for an intimate vibe and well located at beach front.

Top accommodatie super luxe en vriendelijk
Pros:

Super mooi en rustig hotel. Luxe kamers en heel vriendelijk en behulpzame werknemers, van aankomst dat de koffers uit de auto gehaald worden tot een apparaatje regelen tegen een paar muggen.

Nossa estadia foi agradável.
Pros:

O café da manhã foi bom. Podíamos escolher através de cardápio. Os quartos eram espaçosos, as camas confortáveis, banheiro grande... O hotel é aconchegante, ideal para quem deseja descansar.

Pros:

Śniadania a la carte. Mogłoby być masło na zewnątrz a nie na zamówienie :) Reszta w porządku.

Cons:

Pokój na parterze niestety słychać serwerownie ale personel zamienił pokój ASAP na spaniały.

Calm and relaxing atmosphere with the best staff and a luxury experience. I would definitely go back
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with a calm and relaxing atmosphere in a beautiful building. It had just reopened under a new brand. Every member of staff we met were very pleasant and would do anything to help you have the best stay. Javier at breakfast was a real joy, nothing was too much for him or his team. He is someone you can see takes his job very seriously and wants to please the guests. We actually looked forward to breakfast because of him and his team. I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel had a large gym in a new building in the garden looking out on the sea. You can walk straight out onto the beach. The range of food at the restaurant in the evening wasn't huge, but plenty of nice restaurants in the area for variety.

Das ganze Personal gibt sich grosse Mühe. Die Anlage und die Lage sind einmalig. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig

Cons:

Wenn man etwas nachsichtig ist, kann man das Hotel als gut bewerten. Da es erst vor ca. 1 Woche unter neuer Leitung eröffnet hat, herrscht noch die Findungsphase. Die Rollen und Kompetenzen müssen noch geklärt werden. Das ganze Personal gibt sich jedoch grosse Mühe. Die Anlage und die Lage sind einmalig. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig. Über falsch oder nicht montierte Steckdosen kann man hinwegsehen. Dennoch ist es sicher kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Es gibt zu viele Mängel. Kein Gepäckservice bei der Abreise, zu langsamer Service am Pool und auch kein Handpapier auf der Pool-Toilette. Es verdient 4 Sterne. Was jedoch äusserst frech ist, sind die à la carte Preise beim Lunch und beim Dinner ( notabene auch nur die Lunchkarte im Angebot). Und, das Essen war nicht einmal herausragend, was den Preis vielleicht noch gerechtfertigt hätte.
