Basic Preventive Maintenance could clear all this up! If, you give a ****!
Pros:

We spoke to two staff members, but only one face to face, when we arrived.
The tub was clean, the bed, and the bathroom.

Cons:

Only one of two colored lights worked
Top rope lights did not work
Hot pink stains across the rug and sitting chair
No phone to contact the front desk. When I called
the front desk land line number provided, I got
voicemail three times. I left a message for our
needs, but never got a call back.
The pictures on the wall had been there so long,
they were dry rot and peeling a part
There were cob webs in most corners
The tile work around the tub dry rotted and broken
And last, but not least... there was not enough hot
water to fill the tub.
And there was no hot water at 9am
(Must be laundry time)
The entire point for this stay, was the jacuzzi

For an Anniversary Weekend, I was disappointed, but made the best of it because its not refundable

Worst place I have ever stayed.

This hotel is so bad and a total rip off. 190.00 because a concert was happening in Banger? That is price gouging. The place is a dirty mess. No care for the grounds, porches were filthy. Rooom floors were so dirty my feet were black. The garbage cans probably have never been cleaned. I left them In The tub with water as a hint. Doors and handles were grimy. Window ledges covered in dust. This place gave me the Willie’s. Breakfast? Haha😔

Pros:

We just got home from our 6th stay,actually! Love. Love. And we will keep going back! >all staff are beyond pleasant with hospitality on Point. Quiet rooms and conveniently located. *first time learning of the free shuttle to water front events! Drivers are wonderful and the drop off/pick is slick. We can't say enough praise for this gem! Thank You every time!

Will be staying here again
Pros:

Close to downtown Bangor without the price tag of staying in downtown Bangor. Easy check in, decent rooms and friendly staff.

Cons:

Honestly, no complaints. This isn’t a 5 star hotel, but it’s perfect if you want something comfortable, safe and easy to get to and from while in town for a concert.

Cheap 1-star accomodation convenient to Acadia NP
Pros:

The location was good in that it was convenient to Acadia NP. The breakfast was a bit better than the 'continental' that was promised with fresh waffles and yogurt. The coffee was a very good local roast.

Cons:

Vacationland met expectations of a 1-star motel. The property was quite old and not well maintained. Everything worked (shower, sink, TV, locks, etc), but the room and entire property smelled like an old ill-maintained property. We appreciated it being available for a lower price than other Acadia-convenient lodging. As long as you expect 1-star it meets those expectations just fine.
