Worth every penny.
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciated the pronounced lack of silly rules.
Breakfast was on the high end of adequate. Nice selection, all very fresh. Multiple juices, a variety of yogurts, fruit, oatmeals, and muffins, make your own waffles with strawberries or blueberries in syrup. Milk, coffee.
I really appreciate their pet-friendly status. There was plenty of room to exercise my dog, with cleanup bags and waste receptacles in convenient locations.
BONUS: - they have a TV channel that plays Family Feud all day EVERY day!

Cons:

The bathtub-shower in my room needed a tune-up.
There was not a mirror that showed all of me.

Pros:

It was great breakfast was great and all the staff was courteous and kind and we would come back on our next trip to Maine

The location and that dogs are welcome.

Cons:

The hot water didn't last long. I c I updated even fill up my tub to take a bath. I paid extra for the jetted tub and was very disappointed that the water was cold.
