المكان مريح وتعامل الموظفه حنان رائع طلبت نقل إلى غرفة تانيه ونقلتي إلى غرفه بارده ورائعه بعيد عن الإزعاج

الغرفه اللي على الشارع صوت السيارات عندي وطلبت نقل ونقلتني حنان إلى غرفة زاويه لايوجد إزعاج أبدا ومريحه وحنان دلعتنا بضيافة قهوة تركي بسبب النقل

الطاقم كان جدا متعاون، وجوه بشوشة ولطيفين للغاية، بالاخص عطالله وحنان.

Cons:

بالمجمل لا يوجد شيء سيء لكن اصوات الضجيج في ساعات الليل كانت مزعجة، لكن الطاقم كان متفهم ومتعاون في اليوم التالي تم حل المشكلة ونقلنا الي غرفة اخرى هادئة.

كنت اتمنى ان ن تكون الغرفه نظيفه كعادتها لكن للاسف .ايضا في المساء مكان الطلبات والأراجيل لم تكن الخدمة جيده طلبت كزا شغ
