Perfect for a trip.
Pros:

Breakfast, good and varied day to day, selections of hot / warm foods, fantastic selection of cold & chilled food. Fresh Coffee machines worked well, short order chefs made fresh eggs, omelettes or Pancake French Toast as needed.

Business facilities area and it's computer and printer easy to use and modern.

Cons:

Hotel bedroom window and its large feature window sill really needed a clean and the traffic noise on front of hotel noticeable.

Convenient but can find better place for same or less money.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodated our early arrival and departure hours. I booked the hotel mainly for its easy access when coming or leaving Amman as traffic could get crazy there and due to proximity to my relatives home in Amman. The breakfast was decent althought due to our odd hours we only got to eat there once.

Cons:

I did expect better amenities, even bare minimum like tissue paper was not available. It seemed you needed to call to get towels or other things all the time so you keep tipping the workers there. We stayed there twice during a 10 day period. The first time, the whole wing we stayed in had bad mold smell, but the next time we asked for a different room and it was better.

Cons:

The rooms are incredibly small and in a state of disarray. The pictures on the website are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the rooms.

One of the most frustrating incidents occurred when the housekeeper who was cleaning my room discarded a bag of clothes that was in the bathroom. When I requested an investigation, he denied it outright, and unfortunately, I lost the clothes. This experience was truly disappointing and has left me with a strong negative impression of the hotel. I will never be returning to this establishment.
