Great stays with excellent hospitality.
Pros:

Staff are friendly, housekeeping good job. Good location, near to shopping malls. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Facilities a bit “old”.

Pros:

Staff is very friendly and very helpful. I needed a taxi to pick me up at the airport and they arrange everything on short notice and after hours. Great service.

The most comfortable stay & satisfying staying.
Pros:

The friendliness & helpful staffs, the location wise, the parking space is easy access, the cleanliness and room spacious, modern and well maintain of room. I’m regular customer whenever come to Bintulu. New World Suites always my 1st choice.

I would choose this hotel again if staying in Bintulu.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good by Malaysia standards. Plenty of choice. Excellent service from friendly staff.

Cons:

No eggs or freshly cooked breakfast on one day out of four. There is no swimming pool, but the rest of the hotel seems better than the others in Bintulu.

Pros:

Room big and clean and location good

Cons:

I stayed in level 5, at the night still got hotel staff working on the conference room set up with huge noise and disturb my sleeping. I told the staff and call the front desk also to tell my concern, but working kept continue until late night.
