1.Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. Stock zur Straße - die Lärmbelästigung trotz geschlossenem Fenster sehr hoch.
2. Während der ganzen Nacht war die Fassadenbeleuchtung eingeschaltet und trotz der dunklen Vorhänge war es zu hell im Zimmer.
3. Frühstücksbüffet könnte besser organisiert sein - die Anordnung der einzelnen Stationen
Clean. Excellent proximity to airport shuttle bus and Old Town. Delicious breakfast.
Zentrale Lage
Es wird als modern und renoviert beschrieben, aber unser Zimmer war absolut alt. Der Föhn war aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht. Absolut zu teuer für das was man bekommt !!

La ubicación es una de las mejores aspectos del hotel, pero principalmente la atención de su personal. Nos gustaría destacar el trato y disposición de Alina, quien fue tremendamente amable y servicial con nosotros, ayudándonos en cada aspecto y detalle. Ese tipo de cosas son las que dan valor a un hotel.
El horario del desayuno podría ser más extenso.
A very clean, modern and well equipped room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the middle of the city center.
Would like to have a little bit more variation on breakfast. Would also like to have real coffee and freah juices, not from the machine.
My girlfriend and I were staying in Chrispy for 4 days and everything was excellent, from beyond helpful receptionists (they allowed us to put our bags until our flight late in the evening even tho we went to Heraklion for two days after stay in Chania) to excellent location near the Chania center. Huge recommendation if you are coming to Chania :)
