Cons:

Purtroppo è lasciato andare. La camera era sporca,il bagno non classificabile. Tutto da rifare,ci vuole una bella ristrutturazione. Meno male che le lenzuola erano pulite

We booked one night here as a day to rest in Egypt, but unfortunately it was anything but relaxing.

To start with, there is no working Wi-Fi in the rooms and the Wi-Fi at reception was only mediocre. Luckily, we were brought to our room very quickly, but we overheard other guests having to wait much longer.

The room was much older than it looked in the pictures and visibly dirty. The shower barely worked. For the first couple of minutes, the water was brown (the sink was the same), and it took around 10 minutes to properly rinse the soap off. The shower then stopped working completely. The toilet was also leaking. We reported it and someone came to fix it, but it was still leaking afterwards, just a little less.

There was also very loud music playing by the pool, which could clearly be heard from the rooms. The AC in our room worked and, although it was a bit noisy, it wasn’t a major issue.

We only had breakfast at the hotel, which I would also describe as mediocre.

The staff were friendly and appeared helpful, but unfortunately didn’t seem very invested in actually solving the problems. One staff member did kindly call us a taxi when we left, which we appreciated.

I know this is a budget hotel, so I wasn’t expecting five-star service, but I definitely expected more. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.
