The room wasn’t ready at 5 pm - they finally got me a room but was missing some bedding and the towels - was not cleaned properly and not accessible

I had a wonderful stay at Heaven Hostel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. It offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

Het was een meer dan geweldige ervaring! De kamer was ruim en schoon en de zwembaden waren fantastisch. Het eten in het hotelrestaurant was werkelijk uitstekend. Over het personeel kan ik alleen maar zeggen dat ze geweldig zijn; ze staan altijd klaar om te helpen en hebben voortdurend een glimlach op hun gezicht.
Ik wil graag in het bijzonder het schoonmaakteam bedanken. Alles was brandschoon en mijn kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt terwijl ik buiten het hotel was.
Eerlijk gezegd kan ik hen niet genoeg bedanken. Ik heb de mooiste vakantie bij hen doorgebracht en ik zal zeker opnieuw terugkomen.
Speciale dank gaat ook uit naar Shahin, die mij enorm heeft geholpen.
