Over paid for the stay won’t use Booking.com again if nothing is done about our deposit won’t stay there again
Cons:

When we check in the clerk said that the third party booking information wasn’t transferred so had to give them my information again. The room they gave us room 120 ac was loud and sink dripped had to request a new room. Went to the swimming pool that night and there were rats in the bushes and even came in the pool area. The charges us $35 per night pet fee even though Booking.com said it would be $100 refundable deposit someone owes us $70 let’s see what happens

Las camas cómodas y se veía limpio. El desayuno bueno, regular, podría haber sido mejor

Cons:

Había olor a humedad insoportable. Pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación y nos dieron una de arriba y mejoró bastante

The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. Beds were clean and comfortable with cold AC.

The rooms were clean, however, the photos make it look like a much nicer Hotel than it is

L’emplacement et la taille de la chambre

Cons:

Un hôtel qui mérite des travaux de rénovation ! La chambre est à refaire, aucune vaisselle dans la mini cuisine et une chambre hors d’âge. De plus notre chambre donnait sur un chantier à l’arrière de l’hôtel.

Every time I come here, its a little more run down than last time. I feel like they dont have a maintenance team. Ceiling falling in, in the bathroom. Big gaps in the tile that cockroaches come out of, missing door on closet, dripping sink that wont stop, just to name a few.

I liked how close we were to everything.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there was a dirty rag behind the restroom door. And I didn’t like that the water pooled up in the tub when showering. Other than that our stay was fine.
