The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was very comfortable and the facilities were excellent. The birthday cake surprise was a lovely touch and truly appreciated. I also want to mention how thoughtful it was that a member of staff placed my bracelet safely in my bag when I had forgotten it — that level of care was outstanding. The Wi-Fi was very fast and having a 24 hour WhatsApp number available for 24 hour assistance was extremely convenient. The service and hospitality were exceptional, and I look forward to my next visit.

BEAST is one of the best city view Fine dine in restaurant in the town. me & my husband visited tonight. Their food and staff behaviour is very nice. They gives VALUE to the guest. Shishir is very nice and gentel person also their another gentel man Imran who delighted us give a nice cake. Few months ago i came here, i will come back again for the service and food.
Excellent service and hospitality. Mr. Saidul Islam, Manager and Mr. Farhan have done everything to please us and accommodate to our liking. They even went the extra mile to offer us some items beyond the usual buffet spread. Our 27th anniversary was made memorable. Thanks to Crown Plaza and their friendly staff.

I stayed at the hotel for just one night,but the experience was wonderful. The room was extremely clean,well-organised & decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the room’s window was also quite beautiful.The entire process check-in to check-out was completely hassle-free. The front desk staff were highly polite & helpful.A complementary buffet breakfast was included with the package.Breakfast menu was quite extensive. Both the taste & quality of the food were excellent.If I get chance,I will definitely stay here again in the future.
