Last week, my partner and I stayed at Crowne Plaza Dhaka Gulshan by IHG, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel boasts a perfect location in the heart of the Gulshan commercial area, making it highly accessible, secure, and convenient. From the moment we walked in, we loved the premium, classy, and cozy atmosphere, which provided the ideal setting for a relaxing couple's getaway. Our room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and elegantly designed, offering a perfect touch of luxury. We were also highly impressed by the flawless cleanliness of the entire property and the excellent soundproofing; despite being in a busy area, the noise level was completely at bay, allowing us to enjoy a serene and private environment. Between the top-notch amenities like the beautiful pool and excellent dining options, the overall experience offered fantastic value for money.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding service, with a special mention to Ms. Israt. She looked after us with exceptional hospitality, warmth, and professionalism. Ms. Israt was incredibly attentive to all our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Her dedicated service truly represents the highest standard of IHG hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our time here and would highly recommend Crowne Plaza Dhaka Gulshan to any couple looking for a premium stay in Dhaka. We will definitely be back!
