The room had AC..this is important during this heatwave.
It was close to the train station
Some of the USB ports on the wall were loose. This isnt the end of the world.
The balcony was locked, but I didn't expect there would be one to begin with
I struggled to get the TV to work, but this was probably me.

No cleaning between days, they didn't fill soap in the room until I asked (and they didn't even bother to fill the hand soap, only the shower one lol!), left half a toilet roll for 4 days. The room didn't have anything that you'd expect to find (a glass? some tissues? more than 2 towels?).
The shower barely worked, the shower had was all brown and full of limestone.
The curtain for the window was broken, told the staff and she said "it is what it is" so I couldn't get natural light in the room.
The wifi password on the wall is wrong and they don't tell you the new one for a while until you ask...
It was such a great location for such a low price compared to other places in the area. A short walk from the train station, bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and the beautiful centre. The staff were always on hand if needed and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Location good , check in check out fully self service , AC provided shame it didn’t work.
En-suite was unusually compact , if you were on the large size you would have trouble using the toilet!!
Portable AC provided as room was very hot but was full of dust never been cleaned and didn’t work in cooling mode which is it’s whole purpose.
Schönes großes Zimmer, modernisiert, aber leider ungepflegt. Flur schmutzig, Fussboden im Zimmer auch, Toilette mit urinresten und kalkablagerungen verkrustet. Waschbecken schmutzig. Bett musste ich umschieben, um das Fenster öffnen zu können. Übergardinen hingen von der Leiste herab. Leider kein Wasserkocher und kein Ventilator. Wenn das so weitergeführt wird, werden wohl irgendwann die Gäste ausbleiben.
Die Räume waren sauber.
Der check-in war schwierig, es hat lange gedauert, bis wir endlich Zugang hatten. Vielen anderen Gästen ging es genauso. Die Parkgebühr war nicht kommuniziert worden und war auf einmal 20 £ pro Tag.
Personal war kaum zu finden - frische Handtücher zu bekommen oder Müll entleeren war extrem schwierig.
The room was very spacious and the air conditioning unit was very effective. Location was fantastic for what we needed. Communication was great, easier to understand how to access the room.

A szállás jó helyen helyezkedik el, viszonylag közel az egyetemi kollégiumokhoz. Egyike a kevés elérhető szállásoknak. Személyzet hiánya ellenére gördülékeny volt a becsekkolás.
Sajnos nem úgy nézett ki a szoba mint a képeken, azóta eléggé lelakták. Nem működő redőny. A klíma valójában mobilklíma, 1-2 fokot hűtött maximális zajjal, így is nagyon meleg volt, inkább kikapcsoltuk. A tisztaság hagy maga után kívánni valót, és a tisztasági szerek sem voltak kielégítőek. Deposit 50£, ami aznap jutott csak tudomásunkra, de ezt a nap végén visszakaptuk.

Absolutely filthy, skirting boards are black with dust, couldn’t even look through the windows they were so so dirty, bathrooms unsanitary, mould and limescale everywhere
