Pros:

Clean, spacious rooms. The staff was great too, especially the Front Manager, Hyerim Cho (Helen). She was absolutely fantastic providing information and suggestions. What a gem - she deserves a raise! Breakfast was wonderful as well.

Cons:

The only bad things was that we had to leave. I wish we would have stayed longer in the hotel and in Jeju Island. It was fantastic and Hotel Leo was a great! Wonderful service from Helen!!!!

good, value-for-money. choose western beds!
Pros:

Location was central enough with quick 5 - 10 min walks to shopping district and dining options.
Staff were very friendly and were able to converse confidently in English (which is a huge bonus)
Space of the rooms was excellent!

Cons:

We opted for korean traditional floor beds.... We assumed it was similar to Japanese tatami beds but we were very wrong (probably my fault). The 'mattress' was very very flat - it felt like we were sleeping on the floor directly (tatami mats had a little bit more cushioning). I am a side-sleeper myself, and this bedding arrangement made side-sleeping impossible. my elderly mom and my family woke up with sore backs and necks...

地理位置超方便，走路可以到各種地方逛街，樓下有CU跟7-11，走路可以到商圈有OY、禮品店跟ABC MART等等，走到樂天免稅店也不遠，步行5分鐘左右就有炸雞店跟烤肉店。就是飯店外觀跟停車場入口感覺沒那麼新穎而已，房間裡面很大很乾淨，還有電子衣櫥可以殺菌除臭。把車開到停車場入口就可以交給專門的泊車服務大哥，24小時櫃台服務人員幾乎都會講中文，有時候處理手續比較慢但都很親切，退房之後也可以寄放行李，大廳很大還可以坐著休息一下，二樓公共空間有洗手間，整體來說很滿意。

Cons:

飯店旁邊的巷子很窄又停放很多飯店住宿車輛，如果車子停在一樓要開出來的時候，有時候會車會很麻煩。

Pros:

老飯店，但是看到出設備狀態維持的不錯！有LGl電子衣櫥，衣服除臭很有感！
櫃檯接待晚班人員會講中文！

Cons:

感覺沒有星級的服務，早上員工也沒笑容沒打招呼。床偏軟，枕頭也很軟。
