Great location! There's a bus stop just around the corner with a direct bus to the airport, which made getting there incredibly convenient.

Cons:

The pillows were extremely soft and didn't provide enough support. I woke up with a sore, stiff neck the next morning.

There was a misunderstanding about my payment. At check-in, Staff A informed me that I could pay on-site through Booking.com. However, the next day, Staff B told me that my payment had not been received. After discussing the issue for a while, they eventually found the payment record. While I appreciate that the issue was resolved, I felt that Staff B's attitude was rather unfriendly and overly insistent before verifying the information, which left me with a less positive impression of the service.

Central location for tourists that join tours.
Pros:

Central to a lot of stores and restaurants. Beds were comfy. They had a nice clothes steamer/refresher for people that eat at BBQs.

Cons:

Hotel decor is dated. Breakfast is okay. Got it in a pinch because we didn’t have time to go out.
