Top Personal, wunderbare Lage, vielfältige Therme - wir kommen wieder!

Alles wunderbar, wie immer - besonders hervorgehoben gehört die Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeit des gesamten Personals! Großartig ebenfalls, dass kulinarisch auf regionale Produkte gesetzt wird, auch wenn diese im Einkauf wohl hochpreisiger sind. Die Möglichkeit, am An- und Abreisetag noch den gesamten Tag - ohne Aufpreis - in der Heiltherme zu verbringen, ist ein sehr kundenfreundliches Angebot.

Lokalita, ochotný a vstřícný persinál, jídlo, bazény, čistota

Cons:

Pobyt měl i své klady, personál byl příjemný a hotel je v krásném prostředí. Přesto jsem byl zklamaný piměrem ceny a kvality. Za cenu cca 18500 Kč za 2 noci bych očekával vyšší standard služeb a vybavení. Chyběly mi například papuče a welcome drink, které jsou v této cenové kategorii běžné. Také mě zklamal velmi malý sprchový kout. Největším problémem však byla sice pohodlná, ale neuvěřitelně vrzající postel, která vydávala zvuky při každém otočení a výrazně narušovala kvalitu spánku. Za tuto cenu bych očekával podstatně vyšší úroveň vybavení a pohodlí.
