A hot spring bath is open between 15:00-10:00 (next day).
Sauna is open between 16:00-22:00.
An open-air private bath can be reserved for private use between 16:00-23:00, and it's charged per 45 minutes.
To use the hotel's free shuttle (offered between 14:00 - 18:00), call upon arrival at Fujikyuko Kawaguchiko Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Unbelievably good hotel. Beautiful building in a beautiful place, with absolutely everything that you need.
The view from the rooms, the roof, the onsen, the private onsen, are all great.
The staff are brilliant and are on hand to help with absolutely anything.
The free ebike hire is a great touch as we used them to get everywhere.
And its worth having at least 1 breakfast and dinner at the hotel, as they were great with the view.

Stunning views from Mount Fuji, I had to pinch myself every time I opened the blinds in the morning.
Hotel itself it’s beautifully decorated, we enjoyed the rooftop drinks as well as the tattoo friend onsen.
Onsen had also stunning views of Mount Fuji.
There’s also free electric bikes that you can take around the lake, which made the experience even better

A well appointed boutique hotel with a direct view on Mt Fuji. The lobby area is outstanding with artwork and books, giving it a museum feeling. The room was somewhat basic but the balcony with the Mt Fuji view was a great addition. Wonderful public and private onsen experience (it’s not an open air onsen). Staff are welcoming and warm. They offer shuttles to the town and train station. I wish we had stayed longer!

Very clean, staff were amazing, food was sensational. We loved our stay and we had exceptional weather and viewing of Mt Fuji from our room. 100% would recommend this hotel.
Silly little thing but the flower arrangement at the front entrance we felt detracts from the vibe of that space and the roof top bar could do with a little revamp and more drink selections. Beautiful otherwise!

Tienen un onsen privado muy bueno e ideal, pero no te advierten de que vale dinero, solo te pasan la cuenta cuando sales del hotel.
It was absolutely a perfect spot to stay while in Mt.Fuji- we watched the mountain show itself while drinking coffee on our private balcony. The staff was next level at helping us as well. The E-bikes were a treat.
I wished the rooftop deck was open while we were there- but other than that it was perfect.
