The location is strategic, room quite good and I got free upgrade, value of money also good.
I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Premier The Hive. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to get around Jakarta. The room was spacious, and the facilities were well maintained.

The price.
•The building is very old; there's a difference between the images on the app and reality.
•The air conditioning is very bad and the weather is hot.
•Too much light enters through the windows at night because of the curtains.
•The food is bad and the options are limited.

Location to the Golf Course
Restaurant - Buffet Breakfast below par. Insufficient cutleries and extra waiting time as tables were not turned around fast enough.
Lifts - 1/2 working so extra waiting.
De bedden waren erg comfortabel. We kwamen midden in de nacht aan, het was fijn dat we midden in de nacht konden inchecken.
Het was allemaal een beetje smoezelig, vlekken in het tapijt op de gang en in het beddengoed/handdoeken, alles oogt wat gedateerd.
