Pros:

The facilities, especially the size of the room and the furniture. The food is superb, the staff are friendly.

Cons:

When I entered the room, the bathroom floor was still wet, like it was just used by other guests and hadn't been cleaned up. I also found some hair strands at the bathroom. The housekeeping was disappointing.

Moving around was easy by grab. Although traffic is heavy but it’s not too bad if you’re on leisure.

Tertera pada Web nya Bintang 4, meskipun harga sekelas Bintang 3 . Saat tiba di lokasi (saya bawa kendaraan dan driving sendiri), petunjuk In (Entrance) tidak jelas, dari luar terkesan gelap karena rimbun pepohonan. Setelah masuk, makin tidak jelas, kemana Arah Parkir, akhirnya setelah masuk Basement, dengan penuh ragu2, apakah ini parkir Hotel ? atau apartemen ? atau penghuni lain? Ada pos penjaga (security basement?) tapi tidak ada orang nya (Very Bad) . Setelah coba naik, baru bisa tanya2, dan ternyata harus ganti Lift. Tombol2 lift dengan warna biru (samar2 dan ada beberapa yang sudah padam) (Jelas Tidak Dirawat). Setelah sampai di Counter Hotel, setelah saya sampaikan unek2, petugas yang melayani cukup ramah, dan saya di izin kan lihat kamar (karena saya sangat ragu2 untuk menginap di sini), kemudian setelah lihat kamar, dan cukup oke, akhir nya lanjut check ini (saya pakai booking dot com) di tawari untuk upgrade (dan ternyata bila upgrade kena charge 300 rb) (Pengalaman saya, di tempat lain, saya dapat Free Upgrade, bukan sekali, tapi sudah berkali2) (tapi di hotel ini, saya sama sekali tidak mengharapkan untuk upgrade) . Suasana kamar cukup luas dan nyaman. Fasilitas juga baik. Hanya saat mandi, suhu air shower hanya bisa Warm, tidak sampai Hot. Kekecawaan saya memuncak, pada saat breakfast. Semua nilai baik , menjadi hancur, gegara, ada sekelompok penghuni yang memakai seragam hijau2, ibu2 semua). Saat saya (dan bbrp tamu2 lain) antri di Corner Egg, dengan bebas nya ibu2 tersebut, tanpa antri dan langsung meminta Telur yang sedang di masak, DAN PETUGAS di corner egg, dengan bebas, tanpa merasa bersalah, memberikan telur yang sudah jadi kepada ibu2 berkaus hijau (yang tanpa tahu tata krama , tanpa antri) langsung ambil telur tersebut. INI JELAS BUKAN STANDAR HOTEL YANG BAIK, Saat bagian saya ambil telur, saya tegur petugas nya dengan suara keras, PA DISINI TANPA ANTRIAN an ya, ko bisa bapa berikan Telur pada orang yang tidak antri, !!!!!!!!!

Le personnel est adorable et tellement souriant et doux

Cons:

Des cafards dans la chambre, par dizaine, jusque dans la nourriture qu'on avait acheté.
Le personnel a réagit directement et très pro en nous envoyant dans une chambre saine.

Mais ma direction aucun mot, rien... Zéro !

Premier Best Western The Hive
Pros:

We booked for a week but the first 3 days, the room they put us in was horrible. The bathroom had a bad smell like a sewer and the fan made a very loud clonking noise. The cable of the phone in the room was cut so we couldnt make any call. The receiptionist said she will have the room looked at at but never did.
After waiting for 3 days, and the stench was just so unbearable, I reported it to the manager and he was so nice and moved us to a new room. It was a happy ending for the remainder of our stay. Breakfast was delicious, they call us to remind us and I thought that was nice. All the stuff are very friendly and accommodating. Over all a very good deal!

Cons:

The building is really old and the elevator is a little slow and maybe can be service. Wall is so thin we can hear the neighbors, which had 4 young kids that are very loud. The building name is also a bit confusing for taxis I guess, a lot of them missed the turn and was late because they had to go around again.
