Cons:

They said they are overbooked even though I called and confirmed an ealier check in they said it is 24 hours check in check out but when I went in the morning they said they are fully booked

Pros:

The room was ready when we arrived. No wait for the room.
Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Very accessible location of hotel.

Cons:

Ac leaking into the room. The water was dripping into the cup and glass and tray kept to use.
Intercom was not working.
Tv set top box remote was not there. Had to request for it.
Wifi password for the room was not provided with the key.
1 Plug point was hanging out of the wall
No toiletries except for towel and handwash.
Breakfast was not too good and option to order for omlet or anything else was not there.

Those staff who are supposed to deliver various services at the door step should be more prompt.
Pros:

The complementary breakfast was superb! I had a comfortable stay at the hotel with my family.

Cons:

Good location and connectivity. Particularly, it is very close to Christ University, Central Campus (walking distance) where I had to go for admission of my daughter.

Very bad condition room mostly cockroach 🪳 everywhere

Not as per standard, cockroach are in room like every place, on your bed in cuberd on table also local dail phone is not working coffee aur tea bag is not available
