Good affordable option for a night
Pros:

The location was perfect especially since we were at an event at the Basel Kaserne which is very nearby. Check-in is easy and quick. It is really nice to have an option like this for a simple, affordable place to stay a night. It has everything one needs and I slept quite well.

I stayed 2 times in this hotel. 1st stay was okay but during my 2nd stay the room card (key) didn’t work properly. I went out for breakfast but couldn’t enter into the room because the card didn’t work. Luckily a cleaner was working on the other floor who helped me with her master key.

Für meine Reise ab Badischer Bahnhof ist die Lage ideal. Einfach eingerichtet, alles, was man braucht für 1 Nacht. Für länger bräuchte es einen Schrank odee Ablagefläche. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war bei mir gut, kann aufgrund der dynamischen Preisgestaltung natürlich variieren. Bett war fr meinen Geschmack zu weich, das ist natürlich den persönkichen Vorlieben geschuldet.

Pros:

Le personnel etait trés acceuillant et chalereux. On pouvait bien se comprendre.

Cons:

Tout d'abord le lit avec deux matelas separe au point où je n'ai pas bien dormi. Car a chaque fois il fallait redresser le matelas. En plus la veille de la fin de mon sejour ma chambre etait complement ouverte. J'ai fait part au contrôleur il n'a montré aucun interet à cela. Le sejour pour ces deux points etait plutot une deception

Pros:

Le personnel etait tres acceuillant et chalereux. On pouvait en plus bien communiquer et se comprendre.

Cons:

Le lit avait deux matelas separes et a chaque fois il fallait redresser le lit au point ou je n'ai pas pu bien dormir. En plus la veille de la fin de mon sejour ma chambre a été completement ouverte de 10h aprés mon depart pour une sortie en ville jusqu'à mon retour à 18h. Je l'ai fait part au personnel et montré même sauf qu'il n'a montré aucun interet à celà. Pour ces deux points mon sejour n'a été qu'un calvaire et une pire deception .
