Conveniently located in between 2 big malls. Also within walking distance of Pulau Tikus with excellent local food like char kway teow, penang hae mee, wan tan mee and appam.
Furnishing in the main lobby a bit old and jaded
Wonderful place to stay and to relax mind while working. Im enjoying my time here and enjoy the snacks from the mini bar!
Great hotel and very efficient staff. Would highly recommend this hotel. They have a very convenient golf cart that can take you from the hotel to the shopping mall if it is raining.

Friendly front desk staff with welcoming ice cream. Pretty big room, super comfy kings bed and loved the shower. And also complimentary snacks & drinks from mini bar.

Definitely a to go hotel in Penang. Though not in Georgetown, grab is always available. We had arranged for pick up services but the driver had sent us to G Hotel instead. The hotel staff was apologetic and helped us arrange the buggy to send us to G Kelawai Hotel. We were given free ice cream at the point of check in and we thought this was a welcoming and nice gesture given the hot humid weather. Most of the staff that we encountered was warm and friendly. The room was clean and there is free minibar (drinks and some snacks). There are many food options at both the nearby shopping malls. I will recommend this hotel
