Very good location
Pros:

Perfect location close to a metro station and department stores. The TV can link to youtube and Netflix.

Cons:

The smoking area is close to the elevators. The elevators and the path between the entry and the elevators contain smells of cigarettes.

Decent, given the amenities around the hotel, I will likely return for future stays.
Pros:

View of room: Good if you take the rooms with Skytree view and pray for clear sky.

Location: Surrounded by plenty of restaurants, fast food chains, supermarket!!, kombini(s), Donki(w/o much food) within minutes of walking. If you enjoy strolling in Japan's neighbourhood, you can even walk to Skytree below 20mins and Asakusa under 30mins. Couple of metro lines available but alittle towards one end of some lines, not the most convenient travelling to other places. But I like it being less robust at night comparing to places like Shinjuku / Shibuya.

Housekeeping service: By default they do it everyday unless you hung the Do Not Disturb tag on your door.

Cons:

Bathroom: decent but very old, I did not even take a dip in their bathtub due to how run down it is. Perhaps time for refurbish.

Breakfast buffet ~ Variety is limited, repetitive everyday with only deep fried carbs on rotation (tater tots, criss-cut fries and french fries) and overall not quite enjoyable. Bacon and sausages had very strong frozen taste. Probably by far the least enjoyable breakfast comparing to other hotels i have been to. I would consider not opting for their breakfast and just have breakfast nearby.

Laundry: They do provide laundry service at 500-700yen per piece on average. Self service coin laundromat is not available in house, the closest one is located about 10-15mins walk and more expensive than the other laundromat I have used in Japan.

窗外晴空塔風景真的很漂亮，因為第一晚房間冰箱有問題，飯店的人員很即時的幫忙更換。沒有影響到旅程的心情謝謝你們！🇹🇼

Cons:

一樓大廳前往客房電梯時路上會有聞到一些煙味，但往上後的樓層就沒有了。

Una finestra su Tokyo
Pros:

Vista sulla Tokyo Sky Tree incredibile. Stanza di dimensioni adeguate e ben pulita. Molto buona la colazione, specialmente nella proposta salata. Ottima anche la posizione, vicino alla metro ed in una zona tranquilla ma con tanti locali.
