乾淨、隔音OK，生活機能超級強，離地鐵走路約5分鐘，附近有4家以上的超市(西友、Life、成城石井、My basket)，還有唐吉訶德、Yodobashi，各種連鎖餐飲，還有好幾家複合式商場 (丸井、Parco、Termina、Arcakit...)，飯店二樓的外面還有一間7:00~21:00營業的全家便利商店，您甚至不用淋到雨就能採買，面向晴空塔側的房間還有絕美景觀。

Cons:

我住的頂樓套房，敗筆是在廁所，廁所的門非常重，且無法固定，要上廁所就要打開很重的門，另外裡面的抽風扇非常小，所以洗完澡想讓裡面快點乾的話就要自己想辦法把門擋住，還有我們有自備浴鹽晚上在浴缸泡澡，但是它的浴缸很奇怪的是它沒辦法蓄熱，就是浴缸表面很容易就變涼，所以您躺在浴缸裡一段時間時會發現它上層的水會比較熱，而下層浴缸表面的水是涼的，所以必須一直加熱水進去才能維持適合泡澡的溫度。

Pros:

出錦系町地铁站走几步路就到了，门口就能看到晴空塔。周围商圈完善，超市、便利店、商场，逛街吃饭都很方便。客房默认每天都有打扫，这个超预期！官网还可以提前预约往返迪士尼的巴士，去迪士尼很方便。

Cons:

设施稍陈旧，隔音一般。迪士尼回酒店的巴士9点准点就出发了，还没看完烟花秀就往门口走，晚了不到一分钟车已经走了。预约巴士需要注意下。

Good location and service.
Pros:

The cleaning staff were very quick and attentive to my needs.

Cons:

Although I liked everything about my room with 3 beds, my relative who booked a room for his himself said his room didn’t include a bidet which I found odd.
