The location so strategic and near the train station, not too crowded compare to Ginza and Shibuya area..

Their shuttle to Disneyland is very nice, the room is very comfortable and spacious.. everything is Alhamdulillah so convenient.. especially if you are travelling with family.

InsyaAllah I'd like to choose this one again someday if back to Tokyo

Great and Convenient Location
Pros:

Great location very close to the station, with several convenience stores, malls, donki, and a coin laundry within throwing distance. Staff can speak English, and were very nice and helpful with check-in, future bookings, and luggage storage and forwarding. Airport shuttle directly to and from the hotel is also convenient. Rooms are cleaned daily. View is great if you get a room with the Skytree view.

Cons:

Rooms are on the small side. Normal for Tokyo, but still something worth keeping in mind. To nitpick a bit, there also wasn't much seating available in the lobby.

Pros:

Room was great and the hotel had great facilities, I appreciated the Disneyland shuttle bus. We stayed on the non Skytree side and the view was still fantastic. Plenty of restaurants and amenities in the local area and close to the train station.
