Amazing finish to the end of our holiday and wish we had a couple more days there.
Pros:

Amazing staff - treat you like VIPs - delicious food. Most amazing Spa expert we have ever had. Room was one of the nicest we have stayed in.

Superb riverfront paradise
Pros:

The layout and locations were superb. Our suite ( with outside bathtub & shower) was very spacious. The rooftop bar was gorgeous with the lanterns and sky on dusk - the two-for-one cocktails at happy hour, were rather good as well 😜
The hotel support team were lovely and very helpful without being obtrusive.

Cons:

Discovering on checkout that the mini-bar was missing a water left a sour taste. This is on me as my usual practice, globally, is to photograph the mini-bar on entry, preferably with a team member as a baseline - before removing the contents and using the fridge for our own supplies. This was so distracted by the gorgous room, taking pics of the heart made out of flower petals, on the bed that I didn’t do this. And, of course, that is the one time there is a discrepancy 😳

Perfect Hotel in Beautiful Siem Reap
Pros:

A beautiful location opposite the river. A quieter part of town but close enough to walk to town. Everything you need in walking distance.

Cons:

My only complaint was the facial I had. It was not at all enjoyable.

Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of Siem Reap, with wonderful and friendly staff. I received a complimentary 15-minute foot massage, which was such a lovely touch and absolutely perfect after a day of exploring.

The breakfast offered plenty of delicious options, and everything was fresh. My room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I also loved the hotel’s lush, beautiful garden, which created such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

A wonderful stay overall!

静かで快適。こじんまりとしてよい

交通量が多く混雑で騒がしいシェムリアップの中でロイヤルレジデンスのはす向かいにあるこのホテルの前の道路は静かで特に夕刻は美しく落ち着けた。スタッフは丁寧で、朝食の時に私の誕生日を祝ってくれた。朝食のコーヒーはとてもおいしく、普段はしないが、6杯も朝から飲んでしまった。ルームサービスはおいしい。Tiger-Prawn FritterやSpaghetti Marinaraに使われているエビは臭みがなく、サイズはとても大きく最高の料理を楽しむことができた。ホテルの前にTukTukが待っているが、おしゃべりで並行するタクシードライバーと異なり物静かなTukTukドライバーに恵まれよかった。空港からリンナヤリゾートまでは片道25ドルで古いレクサスで移動したが、おしゃべりな運転手で、常に滞在中の観光に自分の車やTukTukを使うようにセールスを受け、車という狭い空間に閉じ込められ押し売りセールスを一時間以上受けるという苦痛なひと時を過ごして閉口したが、リンナヤリゾートの前で待機していたTukTukはバイクが客が乗車する二輪車を牽引する形になっており、ドライバーと乗客のスペースが完全に独立しており、セールを受けることなく快適であった。観光するのに自動車にするのかTukTukにするのか悩まれる方は多いのではないかと思うが運転手のスペースと乗客のスペースが独立しているTukTukはお勧めです。乗客が乗る二輪車部分もTukTukによって大小あり、また、スコール対策のカーテンがついているものと無いものの二種類がありカーテン付きで雨に濡れることなくとてもよかった。ホテルのフロントデスクを通り過ぎるたびにホテルのスタッフが立ち上がって挨拶されたが、現地の文化であるからやむを得ないとは言え欧米などの文化に慣れた自分には過剰感があり、申し訳ないと感じてしまった。

Cons:

蚊がいたようだった。近所にランチをできる店がなかった。近所にレストランはあるが衛生的に疑問だった。そのため夜はホテルのルームサービスをとった。ルームサービスにしておいしかったので、結果的には正解だった。ホテルの前の歩道は磨き上げられた御影石で舗装されていて、一見きれいであるが、雨天の時はかなり滑りやすくビーチサンダルで歩いていてすべって転んで背中を打った。現地の家庭では犬は放し飼いにされていて、散歩していると結構追っかけられたり吠えられたりしたので、シェムリアップにおける犬との付き合い方をホテルで教えてもらえるとよかったのかもしれません。

I will be planning to return and for longer, with my husband next time.
Pros:

My room was utterly magnificent. Breath taking. I cant wait to visit Cambodia again and this hotel played a large role in this.
The warmth and kindness and friendly staff made it an amazing experience. Wonderful people in every part of this hotel.
We also loved spending time at the pool and ordered poolside lunches twice. Its idyllic, so relaxing.
All four of us ladies traveling together remember this section of our trip the best and liked this experience the most.
The husbands will be brought along next!

Exceptional standard at Lynnaya Urban River Resort
Pros:

The pool was so inviting, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious and modern, and provided all the comforts. The hotel was exceptional and staff were so attentive.

staff were great
nice large room and good shower
pool small but very pleasant
good location 10 min walk to markets and nightlife
easy to get tuk tuk using grab 5 mins
good breakfast

Cons:

hair dryer could be better quality
no gym or elevator but only 2 floors
small pool with about 8 beds
sound from loud music (club?) nearby could be heard till late but was not too disturbing
