Great location
Pros:

The location was great! Beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and connected to amusement park. The breakfast was amazing.
The rooms were perfect! The beds were comfortable.
Jang Rui, in concierge was a huge help. He went out of his way to look things up for us and was very pleasant and kind.

Cons:

It would have been nice to connect with the complimentary shuttle upon our arrival at the train station before checking in.

スタッフは気持ちいいので、また行くかもね
Pros:

窓からの富士山は格別でした。普段夕食にブッフェは使わないのですが、仕方なく使いました。けど満足しました。それはブッフェの1番嫌いなのは席と席の空間が狭く、隣の席に気遣いながらの移動は本当にストレスです。しかしこの度の空間が広く、気兼ねなく自由に動けたことは本当に嬉しかった！

Cons:

単純ですが、ウエルカムドリンクが無かったことですね。ようやくホテルに着いてほっとしたいのに、お茶の一杯も飲めないのは、残念ですね。勿論部屋にはあるのですが、やはりロビーで寛ぎたいですね～

11/10 - Amazing hotel
Pros:

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at during all my trips to Japan. Amazing views of Fuji-san, delicious food, spacious room and bathroom and the most kind and helpful staff. Fujiyama onsen was the cherry on top. The only thing I regret is that I didn’t stay longer
