こちらの急な事情の変化にも柔軟に対応してくれた。

Cons:

地震のせいもあってか大浴場が事前通知なく休館中。代替設備も用意されてはいたが、距離があり行く気にならなかった。
あと館内の食費が相場よりも高く感じられた。

Удобное посещение парка Fuji Q и окрестностей. также можно посетить онсен. В номере чисто. Вежливый персонал. Хороший завтрак, но не хватало хорошего кофе.
Остановка автобуса около входа в отель и это очень удобно. Автобусы из Токио и в Токио ходят очень часто.

Cons:

В номере было много комаров, но не было средства от них.
Рестораны при отеле не понравились.

They didn’t inform us about the closing of the spa, we reserved the hotel for its resort and spa (the Japanese onsen) but we didn’t have this service, and the worst part was that they didn’t inform us until we got there in the evening at 8pm. The Czech receptionist was very helpful, but he couldn’t do anything, because he was not a decisionmaker. Later on, we talked to the Japanese manager, who gave us room upgrade to compensate, though in the beginning, he didn’t wanna do anything. I felt like we had to fight for getting the proper services.

とても快適で思い出に残る滞在になりました。
Pros:

フロント、レストラン、すべてのスタッフの方がとても丁寧で素晴らしい接客でした。富士山がのぞめるお部屋は思ったよりも広く、またセンスのよい素敵なお部屋でした。清潔さ、備品の充実、すべてにおいて期待以上でまた機会がありましたらぜひお世話になりたいです。
