The room is Awesome that every day I wake with a" wah " sound the moment i turned on the curtain. Thank you so much to provide me the Mt. Fuji view room to me.

the pillow is not so comfortable, I prefer more solid pillow for good sleep.

Great stay to disconnect from the world and to connect with your couple and nature
Pros:

The view from the hotel's perspective is amazing. We arrived at an afternoon where the Fuji was not visible because of the fog, but when it showed up, it was a great place to be! We woke up very early the next day to see the sunrise, it was definitely worth it. One of the most compeling sights I have ever seen. The hotel is also nice to really disconnect from fast-paced city tours, time to relax, eat, and enjoy the onsen. Btw, it was our first time ever trying an onsen and we absolutely loved it, it was really good for our mind and body. Definitely recommended and we really wished we had stayed longer. The hotel was built in the 60's and you can tell by the furniture, it is old, yes, but clean and it has its charm, I specially loved the old radio that was the size of size drawers beside the bed. Another amazing experience we had is that we saw a deer while exploring the small back trail they have. The breakfast was totally worth it, lots of choices and good japanese food. The shuttle service is very efficient, and trust me, you need to call them from the station as the place is really way on the top of a hill.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like so much was that for the restaurant's food order you had to choose in the reception in advance, it is not possible to decide which food you would take at dinner time so you have to reserve and decide what you will eat in advance, we understand that the seats get occupied and there is a need to reserve, but to decide what to eat hours in advance was not the best experience. But to be fair, the next morning the breakfast was great!
Communication in english was difficult, nevertheless we understand that we are in another country and we can't expect everyone to speak perfect english, the staff did its best to communicate with us with an online translator.

ถึงแม้โรงแรมจะไม่ได้ใหม่มาก แต่สะอาดมาก ห้องพักกว้างขวางสุดๆ เตียงนอนสบายหลับสนิท สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน

ที่ชอบสุดๆ คือ onsen ดีทั้งindoorและoutdoor ออนเซนindoorกว้างขวาง มีทั้งบ่อร้อนและเย็น และในห้องแต่งตัวของออนเซนยังมีเก้าอี้นวดไฟฟ้าด้วย ส่วนออนเซนoutdoorก้อสามารถมองเห็นภูเขาไฟฟูจิ แต่โชคไม่ดีวันที่เราไปหมอกเยอะ ฟ้าไม่เปิด เลยอดเห็นฟูจิ แต่วิวรอบๆก้อยังสวยมาก

ห้องอาหารเช้าใหญ่ วิวดี อาหารเยอะ หลากหลายและรสชาติอร่อย

ถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายไปอยู่

- navette gratuite pour aller ou revenir de Yamanakako
- petit déjeuner très varié et complet
- chambre spacieuse et confortable
- magnifique vue sur le Mont Fuji et le lac Yamanakaka, extérieurs très bien entretenus

Cons:

- l’hôtel mériterait un petit rafraîchissement
- un peu loin du centre. Il faut soit dépendre de la navette proposée par l’hôtel à certaines heures, soit commander un taxi

施設に多少老朽化の目立つ部分があったのが残念でしたが、とにかくお客様への心配りが大変よく、ロケーションも最高なので、どしどし泊まってあげて施設修繕のお金を落としていってあげてほしい。

結婚記念日で母との思い出のホテルに宿泊。思い出どおり、ロケーションは最高で、スタッフの方からの「結婚記念日おめでとうございます」の祝福の言葉も嬉しかった。また、お部屋には結婚記念日祝いの小さなフラワーアレンジメントが。記念日に予約したホテル内レストランのディナーでも、最後のデザートにHappy Aniversaryのプレートが添えられていて感激しました。朝食ビュッフェも思い出どおり最高。これだけの格式のホテルでありながら、料金もリーズナブルでした。また来たいと思わせるホテルです。

さすがに古いので、施設があちこち老朽化していて、それが少し残念でした。

Schoon ruim en vriendelijk personeel. Het restaurant is voor Japanse begrippen aan de prijs. Maar het was van een goede kwaliteit. Onsen en sauna waren fantastisch

Het is ver weg van winkels etc, het ligt afgelegen, maar daar krijg je rust en een fantastisch uitzicht voor terug

Belle vue sur le Fuji
Pros:

L'emplacement est top pour avoir vue sur le fuji depuis la chambre, les bains extérieurs ou la salle de petit déjeuner.
La chambre était spacieuse et l'hôtel avait tous les équipements de disponible pour un bon séjour.

Cons:

La personne qui nous à reçu à l'accueil était un peu froide, mais il y avait beaucoup de clients, peut être le rush.
Si vous avez des tatouages, ils ne peuvent pas fournir de patches.
La salle de bain n'était pas propre et nous avons dû demander un nouveau lavage, la chambre que nous avions était vetuste (une partie de l'hôtel est refaite).
Pour accéder à l'hôtel il y a deux route mais l'une des deux est très peu praticable.

朝食なしのプランを選ぶべきだった。

メインダイニングでのフランス料理が素晴らしかった。

Cons:

メインダイニングでのクゥオリティに比べ、朝食の内容は極めてお粗末。例えばはジュースは基本的なオレンジジュース・グレープフルーツジュースが無く、パン・セリアルは甘いものが多く口に合わなかった。中国からの旅行者が多くメニューも中国寄りになっていたが、基本的なところで品質を重視して欲しいです。メインダイニングではちゃんとしたパンが提供されたのに残念です。
