Bien pero necesita frigobar!
Pros:

Cómodo y limpio, el desayuno continental incluído fresco

Cons:

Siguen sin tener frigobar en la habitación y eso hace que no puedas llevar bebidas y con el calor de Mérida está fatal xq llevas agua para tomar y en media hora esta súper caliente

Decepción

Ubicación y alberca

Cons:

El personal de recepción nada amable y sin disponibilidad de resolver errores y dudas ya que reservé para 2 adultos y 2 niños con desayunos incluidos y ya en el lugar me cobraron un desayuno por cada día. Ya me he hospedado varias veces y no me había pasado esta situación.

La ubicación es buena para aquellos que van a un concierto en el foro GNP, la piscina y las áreas comunes son bonitas

Cons:

Mi clima hacia mucho ruido de lo viejo que estaba, casi pensé que se iba a caer pues rechina cuando abre la ventila, mi cuarto parece más de hotel de 400 la noche literal.

Empezó mal con la recepcionista Maritza, pero los demás fueron muy amables.

Yo fui sola con mi perro, habia reservado habitación con balcón, escribí al hotel dias antes de ir para saber las condiciones por llevar mascota, es decir, ellos vieron que iba por una habitación de balcón + llevaba perro.
Pero al llegar me dicen que no pueden darme esa habitación, porque esa zona no se permiten perros, me cambiaron a las habitaciones sin balcón, la recepcionista no quiso ver el tema de la diferencia de precios (ya habia pagado más por la del balcón), insistió en la pregunta si iba sola (como si fuera a meter más personas luego, no sé si por mi acento sudamericano), luego le dije si era posible ingresar antes, que pagaba el extra, siendo que faltaba 3 horas, pero solo preguntó al personal de limpieza si estaba listo... no les pidió que mi habitación fuera la siguiente en limpiar para pasar antes (le dije que no tenía problema en pagar, ya no habia nadie en la habitación, y faltaba 3 horas, y me trataste mal!)
Hice el reclamo via booking por el cambio de habitación, sin tomar en cuenta la diferencia de precios, siendo que tenian como saber que iba con mascota por mi correo previo... Al dia siguiente habló conmigo la jefa de personal, muy amable me pidió disculpas y me ofrecieron 1 comida a la carta por día de estancia para cubrir la diferencia, eso estuvo muy bien.
Seria ideal que en booking tengan un aviso que con mascotas solo accedes al edificio de atrás y no puedes estar en la zona de alberca (tampoco era mi intensión usar la alberca, ni pasear el perro por alli, solo quería un cuarto más iluminado)
