Great base to explore Sarajevo.
Pros:

The location was good for exploring. The breakfast looked good even though we did not end up eating there. The staff were friendly. The room was big.

Cons:

The curtains are not black out so we woke up earlier than planned each day. There was also a lot of unnecessary items in the room. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, like a deep clean.

Het ontbijt ging beetje chaotisch. Dit zou qua organisatie iets verbeterd kunnen worden. Het ontbijt op zich is prima overigens!

Not bad at all but I am not sure if it fits four stars.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice, the entire staff was amazing everywhere, very helpful and attentive.

Cons:

The bedsheets were dirty, there was clear makeup stains.
