Great base in Sarajevo
Pros:

The hotel has a great location just across the river there is the old town. Takes about 8-10 mins walk. It’s close enough to everything but far enough from the busy roads & street noise. There are plenty of corner shops & fast food restaurants around it. The room was specious, clean & has pretty much everything you need, but no bath robes or slipper. Breakfast is good & descent. They also have a good gym & laundry room in the basement. The staff were helpful & polite. Thank you all for making our stay so comfortable. We definitely recommend it in Sarajevo

Pros:

近くに飲料や食品を買える小さな店や飲食店があり、旧市街も徒歩で行ける距離で便利です。

Cons:

一見綺麗そうですが、椅子や床に食べかすやゴミが落ちていました。シャワーの水圧は弱いです。まるで無料のようにキッチンに置いてある水は有料。スリッパは過去一薄くてすぐつま先に穴があきました。歯ブラシもありません。

Really good stay. If coming to Sarajevo again, I would definitely use this hotel again.
Pros:

The breakfast was brilliant. Just the right amount of options. Hot cooked and also cereal and pastries. The hotel itself was located perfectly within walking distance of the Latin bridge and the Old Town. Also within easy distance of the Emperors mosque and the museums. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, approachable and helpful. We needed some transport to go to Mostar on a day trip and this was discussed and arranged for us.

Cons:

It didnt make it clear on the website that we had to pay for the transfers to and from the airport but this was still affordable for six of us.

сетевой отель с ожидаемыми стандартами, достаточно разнообразный завтрак, вежливое общение, удобные матрасы, неплохой кофе, услуг няни нет, но нам разрешили привести свою на вечер без проблем.

Cons:

дороговато для такого уровня номеров (возможно дело в сараевском кинофестивале), освещение в номерах точечное, вечером недостаточно светло, часть выходов в стенах без светильников, ремонт требует обновления (плитка со сколами, вылезающий силикон в швах, грязь на стенах)

Lovely stay at Residence inn hotel
Pros:

The room was clean and perfect for our family stay at sarajevo. The breakfast was great with a variety of options for everyone. There was a cash machine right outside the hotel, which was convenient, and the staff were polite and kind.

Abbiamo pagato troppo per il cane senza avere nemmeno una ciotola. La camera tra un giorno e l altro non l hanno sistemata praticamente per nulla.
