Lovely stay at Residence inn hotel
Pros:

The room was clean and perfect for our family stay at sarajevo. The breakfast was great with a variety of options for everyone. There was a cash machine right outside the hotel, which was convenient, and the staff were polite and kind.

Abbiamo pagato troppo per il cane senza avere nemmeno una ciotola. La camera tra un giorno e l altro non l hanno sistemata praticamente per nulla.

Situato a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico ha stanze ampie, comode e dotate di ogni comfort. Palestra e lavanderia comoda per chi come noi è in viaggio da diversi giorni. Pet friendly. personale cortese

Cons:

il parcheggio ha poche disponibilità, siamo stati costretti a mettere l’auto altrove pagando molto di più!

Great hotel in centre of Sarajevo
Pros:

The hotel is well located, clean and staff is very helpful. The breakfast has a good selection of items. The parking is available and apparently can be reserved up front (booking com text suggests otherwise)

Divno druženje sa prijateljima u Sarajevu.
Pros:

Doručak raznovrsno, ukusno. Lokacija odlična, kreveti udobni, soba prostrana. Kupatilo čisto, uredno.

Cons:

Garaža ima malo parking mjesta, pa nismo mogli parkirati u hotelu, ali nam je osoblje preporučilo parking u neposrednoj blizini .

Pros:

If I could give them 10 stars it still wouldn’t be enough. Probably the best hotel ever that I stayed in. More than kind stuff, all of them, from receptionists to maids.
