A comfortable hotel - No frills
Pros:

It was the ideal location for what we needed

Cons:

The first night we ate at the hotel and the tapas was excellent. Breakfast the following morning was good. The second day we returned from a day out at 8:30 ready to eat only to be told they were holding a private function. Although they invited us to join them it was awkward so we had to go out and find somewhere. The following morning my colleague came down for breakfast at 09:07 to be told breakfast was over. It finished at 9. She then said we can do you egg on toast instead of a full English. Both these events took the shine off a very pleasant stay.

Absolutely incredible stay - food was to die for!
Pros:

The food was amazing! One of the best tastiest meals I’ve had over 2 days. Decent prices. Excellent location. Really comfortable, great spacious room (2 adults and a pre teen). Shower was powerful and we had a bath as well. Staff were very helpful, polite and efficient. If ever in Liverpool - will definitely stay there again. Look no further - stay at Orrell Park Hotel!!!

Ideally situated for easy access to Liverpool.
Pros:

The hotel was situated on the outskirts of Liverpool city centre, ideal for my visit to Liverpool.
The hotel has its own restaurant and bar. The food looked and smelled delicious; I didn't taste it though. I would highly recommend the Orrell Park hotel to anyone needing a comfortable, well-placed and reasonably priced place to stay in the Liverpool area.

Cons:

I would have preferred a room with a bath rather than just a shower.

Pros:

The mattress’ could do with replacing, shower head needs fixing it’s being held up with an elastic band. Breakfast could be better quality

Exactly what we hoped it would be.
Pros:

Location…. and it has a community vibe. People can gather in the evening outside for happy hour (s)
And also in the morning for breakfast. Very friendly staff and Vin is very personable and kind. There were fellow hotel guests and it is also a very popular locals spot.
The restaurant serves up amazing food!

Cons:

Liked it all! No complaints at all.

Would definitely stay again, great location to the local station and easily got into Liverpool centre.

I would stay here again and pray that the weather was cooler.
Pros:

Perfect location and very friendly staff! Restaurant on site had great food along with a free breakfast in the morning.

Cons:

Unfortunately we happen to be visiting during a heat wave and the room was extremely warm. There was a small fan in the room but it really wasn’t big enough to provide much relief.
