Empfehlenswertes Hotel für Kurzaufenthalte. Freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Grosszügige Räume. Reservationsvorgang sehr positiv.

Cons:

Fehlende Klimatisierung im Zimmer nur „Umlufter“. Es hat zwar eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, leider aber keinen Kaffeerahm.

Patogus SPA. Nuostabūs pusryčiai. Graži vieta su vaizdu į kalnus. Prabangiai įrengti kambariai.

Great view Average experience
Pros:

Good location and views to the mountains across the valley. Room was a decent size and the interior and exterior of the hotel look nice.

Cons:

We were there in a warm period the lack of A/C made the room uncomfortable.
Had a bad experience from dinner at the restaurant, the breakfast was OK but the lady running it needs to smile and be a bit friendlier. Overall just an average experience.

Chambre confortable avec balcon et vue sur les montagnes.
Le restaurant, le bar tous 2 avec terrasse
Le petit dejeuner avec des produits frais et locaux
le personnel très attentif et au petit soin
J ai pu obtenir un last checkout ce qui était très agréable pour profiter du cadre sans stress
J avais réservé un massage du corps et il était exceptionnel, ma masseuse se nomme Chris

Cons:

Les clients ne respectent pas le calme dans la zone spa
Une salle de repos séparée serait fort agréable après avoir eu un si bon massage
Il n y a pas de peignoir mis à disposition dans le Spa après avoir quitté la chambre

Pros:

La situation de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Les chambres, le bar, le restaurant ne sont pas climatisés. Le spa est très petit, étouffant pas d’aération. La piscine est petite. Heureusement nous y étions en période creuse. La cuisine est bonne mais chère pour ce qui est servi. Hôtel de passage, mais pas pour y passer une semaine.

Au frais et au calme.
Pros:

Personnel très aimable et disponible.
Chambre spacieuse et jolie vue sur les montagnes.
Le repas au Roc était très bon, ainsi que le petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Le checkout à 11h00 est un peu tôt et nous pensions comme dans beaucoup d’hôtels, pouvoir encore profiter du SPA, mais il nous a été notifié que c’était 35.- CHF p.p. si nous voulions accéder après 11h00, alors que nous venions de payer une certaine somme déjà pour la nuit. Dommage.
