Incredible views and exceptional service for travelers!
You cannot beat this location. One of the absolute highlights was overlooking the beautiful Plaza de Armas while enjoying breakfast in the morning and relaxing at the bar in the afternoon. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
It is also the perfect base if you are traveling to Machu Picchu; the hotel securely stored our two large suitcases in their cloakroom for two days while we were away. Furthermore, since we had to leave for our excursion before the restaurant opened, they thoughtfully arranged a takeaway breakfast bag for us. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
Fantastic stay in a perfect location!
You couldn't ask for a better location—right by the Plaza de Armas in a bustling area, yet our second-floor room was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The room itself was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities.
What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the incredible staff. The front desk team was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs; they even arranged a breakfast bag for us when we had to check out before the restaurant opened. To top it off, after we checked out, the hotel texted me to let me know I had accidentally left my mobile phone on the bed. Exceptional service and highly recommended!

Shower temperature wasn't consistent
Great location. Although the hotel is located right by Plaza de Armas in a busy area, the room we had on the top floor was quiet, which was great. The room itself was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.
The breakfast was a bit plain, and unfortunately we were asked for our room number two or three times each morning, which felt slightly unpleasant and could have been better organised.
Great staff, specially Maria at the front desk- very helpful and attentive to our needs.
Clean hotel room and the staff provided daily cleaning and complimentary 2 bottles of water.
No air conditioning but could not leave the windows open at night due to the non-stop noises from the activities in and around the plaza/square. The hotel provided ear plugs though which is nice.
Loved the closeness to the main tourism square, loved the balcony beers, coffee, and breakfast
Didn't like the fact that the 2 nights were stayed it was noisy at the square till gone 10pm which is normally okay but if your planning an early morning hike can be annoying
