The price is indeed low, and the location is very good. The front desk and staff were OK

Cons:

I stayed during a heat wave, and the lack of air conditioning was intolerable. Keeping the window open was a must but the busy street's noise is really disrupting during the night.
Moreover, the fact that there is no elevator and steep stairs is making it even harder - not suitable for people that comes with big luggage.
Toilets and showers where per floor and not part of the room.
Also the room is very small.
For summary, small room, no AC, not good for big luggage, and shared bathrooms

No ho chiuso occhio
Pros:

La posizione e' buona. A 5 minuti dalla stazione.

Cons:

Cercavo un posto solo per dormire, ma purtroppo non sono riuscito a chiudere occho a causo dei rumori dalla strada e da dentro l'hotel. Inoltre per raggiungere la stanza ci saranno stati piu' di cinquanta enormi gradini in una scalinata strettissima.

The hotel is really run down, no lift, no air conditioning, extremely noisy 24 hours a day

Limpio, central, pero seria bueno al menos un ventilador para verano
Pros:

Personal muy amable, limpieza del alojamiento y baño. Muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad a unos pocos minutos de la estación central de tren

Cons:

En pleno verano, instalaciones para 5 personas sin ventilador. dentro del alojamiento se siente demasiado calor
