Quite Ok.
Pros:

Clean…

Cons:

1.They issue 1 card which supposed to issue 2 cards ,sort of dont understand that Ive booked for 2 persons,and have to pay deposit for 2nd card issued.
2.Dont have concierge to help bring luggage.
3They limit only 2 bottles of 500ml water perday,what a stingy hotel,unbelievable.
4.The toilet door is not practical.

Disappointing stay due to the lack of basic room facilities and the hotel’s inflexible refund policy.
Pros:

Location is Perfect

Cons:

Unfortunately, there is no fridge available in the room.
In addition, when we decided to shorten our stay, the hotel management refused to refund the remaining 5 unused days out of the original 10-day booking.

I’m disappointed with the way this situation has been handled and would appreciate a fair solution regarding the unused nights.

Great value for money, wholeheartedly recommended.
Pros:

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s a free parking lot just in front of the hotel.

Pros:

The receptionist was very friendly..even though we had to wait for 15mins but he managed to settle the issue efficiently. Location near to the bukit jalil stadium.

Cons:

Lift was small..only fit 2-3 person at a time.. the door safety lock broken.. so we're a bit worries to sleep.. overall okay.
