Just want to give thanks to the staff as they assisted us (a family of 4 with 2 small children) with the check in on the long Vesak Day weekend. The staff were accommodative and ensure we were attended to despite the hectic check in crowd at 1600hrs.

The room was spacious, location was good with facilities/amenities nearby. Overall good experience.

Pleasant and Speedy checked-in served by staff Zahirah. She is smiley and friendly while serving us despite being busy. Room is clean and walking distance to Star Vista. Really convenient to get food and shop around.

The hotel service was excellent. The staff, especially Ram and Monisha, were very friendly and attentive. They regularly checked on us to see if we needed any assistance and were always smiling and welcoming. Their warm hospitality and positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Room was very big and comfortable

Today is our first day in Singapore, and the team here has already made it memorable. Nurul ensured our check-in experience was incredibly smooth and efficient—within just a few minutes, we were on our way to our suite. Additionally, right as we arrived, Ram greeted us with a warm smile and immediately took care of our luggage. Fantastic service all around!

We would like to thank Merilyn for accommodating our corporate group, Samantha for allowing us to use the lobby at level 2 for free so we could film our podcast and the rest of the reception team for their warm hospitality.

My 3rd time stay in this hotel, this time is for my birthday celebration, because they have very comfortable bed and clean room, mostly they let me check in earlier, but this time even I arrive to check in 3pm and register, they make me wait until 3:30 until I asking the receptionist again, and he just realized that he forgot about my room.
But overall everything is good , especially the staff named "ram" he is always over his help, and the hotel staff also gave me surprise snacks for my birthday
