Important information:

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, our guestrooms are not available for reservations intended primarily for wedding-related rituals. For any reservation that is used for such purposes without authorization, hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking or deny check-in.

The hotel has completed the rooms refurbishment in September 2023.

Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon check-in.
Minors (under 18 years old) must register according to the facts and provide the contact information of their direct guardians. Hotel shall confirm the minor's accommodation information with their immediate guardian before check in.

Rosewood Beijing only welcomes pets upon approval of pre-submitted requests. Pets are welcome at a RMB500 per room per night including cleaning fee and service charge. The hotel offers the following rules for guests and their animal family members so that all guests may enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay:
1. Pet's related health certificates need to be shown and Pet stay agreement needs to be signed upon check-in
2. Pets should always be on a leash in public areas and size restrictions to under 10kg
3. Maximum two pets per room
4. It is the responsibility of pet owners to pick up after your pets
5. Pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub, as per Chinese Quarantine Law
6. Out of respect for other guests, please ensure that disturbances like barking must be curtailed

The wear and tear of the room are quite bad and definitely not a five star quality

The location is good and staff provide very good service

Cons:

The spa therapist is very good but it is located right above the bar. Hence there was loud music during the treatment

Very disappointing hotel. Very noisy room from road. Mediocre service. No experienced management

Noisy room over busy mega road. Very dark throughout the premises. Pretentious style. Young staff without experience and limited English speakers. Business location so nowhere to walk around at night.

Disappointing for a Rosewood. Lacks the service and refinement of others in the group. Felt more like a 4 star.
Pros:

The Country Kitchen Restaurent was excellent and room service breakfast was good.

Cons:

Spa was block booked by a corporate for 4 days so was out of use. This was not mentioned when booking . Room very hot and stuffy for first 3 days - AC faulty. Old building so when it’s windy there is a terrible creaking sound in the ceiling that kept us awake all night. We received a preprinted note the next day informing us to wear ear plugs. Property is in the business district so not a good hotel for a leisure stay.

What hotels should be like . Very enjoyable.
Pros:

Feel like the rosewood is a secret well kept. From the concerige sophie who was just fantastic to the lovely staff in the lounge making great tea . The food and the service excellent.
