A lovely stay in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The property has a restaurant on the first floor and is beautifully designed around an open-air lightwell, so the rooms and common areas get plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day. The location is excellent, with the lively streets, cafés, restaurants, and attractions of the Old Quarter all within easy reach, especially at night when the area really comes alive.

The staff were definitely the highlight of my stay. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant team, was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They were always happy to recommend places to visit, share local tips, and give useful advice whenever I needed it.

The room was also comfortable and well maintained. Overall, a very pleasant experience with a great location and wonderful service. I would definitely come back again!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel était bon, en plein milieu de la vielle ville, proche de deux lac et à distance reasonable a pied des différents lieux à visiter. Le quartier est vachement animé. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les personnes du staff qui sont tout bonnement adorables et souhaite mettre une emphase sur ce point.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and everything felt well organized. I also really liked the drinks and brunch at Kann - both were fresh and tasty. Great service and very good value for money. Would definitely come back.

We had a lovely stay here! Lucy at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and made check-in so smooth. Vivian (online sales) was also a great help when we booked our tour, she explained everything clearly and made the whole process very easy. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping our room clean and comfortable.

We also had a great experience at KANN. Nga and Long were both attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. We didn’t have enough time to try the spa this time, but we’ll definitely come back and give it a try on our next visit!

Such a nice experience! The room was very clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated how quiet and well organized everything was. Lucy at the reception was especially lovely - she helped me with check-in and gave me some useful recommendations for places nearby. For the price, I think the hotel offers excellent value. I chose one of the lower room categories, so the price was very reasonable, the cleanliness was still well maintained. What impressed me most was the restaurant downstairs serving brunch. It was quite busy with many guests, but never felt too noisy, which made it a pleasant place to sit and relax.

I was also particularly impressed by Lucy at reception. She was warm and gentle when explaining things, and gave me some helpful recommendations about the city tour. Her advice was so convincing that I booked it right away, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable experience.

I only stayed for one night, but the overall experience was enough to leave a very good impression. I would definitely consider coming back next time.

Ethan at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, especially whenever we had questions or needed recommendations. The housekeeping service was excellent as ưell, our room was always clean and well taken care of.

We spent some time at KANN and Duc and Toan made the experience even better. Both were attentive without being intrusive and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was great too!

We didn’t get the chance to visit the spa because of our schedule, but it’s definitely on our list for the next trip. Would happily stay here again!

The staff are GOLD. Always at hand and ready to please. Breakfasts from the menu or order what you wish. The hotel is close to everything in the Old Quarter and any trips/tours can be easily arranged with staff at reception.
