Cons:

Sollte bei Ankunft eine Kreditkarte oder 100€ Kaution hinterlegen, weil nicht sicher sei ob ich Frühstück stehlen wolle.
Das sei im Vorhinein per Mail mitgeteilt worden, war es nicht.

Trotz Zimmer nach hinten raus war es sehr laut.

Tolles Brauhaus in top Lage
Pros:

Generell ein schönes Hotel, mit top Brauhaus, und sehr gutem Frühstück. Die Lage ist wirklich super und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer nach hinten raus, wo die Abzugsanlage des Brauhauses liegt, weshalb es stark nach Essen gerochen hat und die sehr laut war (bis ca. 22 Uhr)

sehr nettes personal, perfekte lage für einen wochenend-städtetrip, lecker frühstück

Cons:

kein kühlschrank im zimmer. bei temperaturen über 30 grad wär es schön, wenn man getränke kalt stellen könnte

This was a terrible experience from start to finish. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely disappointing experience.

There was no air conditioning in the hotel, so we had no choice but to leave and book another hotel, which meant paying again. It was very frustrating and made the whole stay a waste of time and money.

We were told that there was only a tiny fountain we could “cool off” with, which felt like they were openly mocking us. The receptionist was completely unhelpful, did not assist us in any way, and even refused to refund. On top of that, our reservation still has not been cancelled and it looks as if we actually stayed there.
